The Dentist Office at Berea

I booked my appointment online because I was having some jaw pain and thought it might be from my wisdom tooth. The staff were really friendly, and checking in was super easy. They were upfront about everything and explained my options when it came to X-rays. Shelley, the dental assistant, was awesome. She walked me through each step, explained what they were doing, and what might be causing the pain. After the X-rays, I met with Dr. Yates, who was just as great. He took the time to explain what could be causing the issue and gave me two options either have my wisdom tooth pulled there or go somewhere else for sedation. He explained the procedure clearly, so I decided to go ahead and have him pull it that day. The whole process was quick and surprisingly pain free. He did a great job. I also appreciated that he gave me some recommendations after I mentioned I was planning to go backpacking the next day. When it was time to check out, the receptionist at the front was very informative and made the payment process super easy. She also gave me some great suggestions for future visits. Overall, Dr. Yates and the whole team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back here and making this my main dentist.

I started coming to this dental office earlier this year, and I’ve been so pleased with every visit. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a smiling face, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Adriana, Maddie, and Shay are always on top of things—any insurance-related questions I have are answered right away. The checkout process is quick and efficient—they already have recommended treatments and appointment options ready as I’m being walked out from the treatment room, which is so helpful. I recently met Dr. Yates, and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. You’d never guess he’s new to the practice—he fits right in with the well-organized and positive team. My hygienist is kind and very knowledgeable—she always explains things in detail and gives great suggestions for improving my dental care. The only thing I’ve noticed is that she sometimes seems a little disorganized and tired during my visits (though my appointments are usually early in the morning). Still, she’s thorough and I always leave feeling informed. Overall, this is a great dental office—professional, friendly, and well-run.

Great office with professional staff! Shera Donna is lovely and very attentive and personable. She’s more than a great hygienist because she feels more like a friend! She offers great service, honest advice/feedback and many laughs! Highly recommend.

This office was amazing ! I’ve had a permanent retainer for 10+ years and it broke , this office was recommended by a friend . I called to make an appointment and the process to get an appointment was super easy. Came into my appointment and three girls greeted me and I only got two names . Shailey and Maddison . Maddison helped me get checked in and answered any questions I had ! Dr. Yates was great ! He explained to me about the things he was doing and was very efficient and Shailey was a great assistant! i will definitely be back for dental needs in the future !

Great office visit! Short wait time in comfortable waiting area. The dental hygienist, Shera, was superb! I needed a crown for a broken tooth and Sha, was excellent and always explained what was happening in the process during the prep work. I highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone who is looking for dental care!

What an amazing experience all around. I showed up with my 6 month old and they made the entire thing easy and pleasant in every way they could to help. Shera was just an added bonus because she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease with her laid back personality

They did a great job of explaining everything and making me feel comfortable with the procedures necessary for my oral health!

Dr. Workman, by far is the best dentist from customer experience, to any procedure he does. I'm 44 years old and have never experienced the professionalism, compassion and care as I have the past two years with Dr, workman. He has the best staff at both offices and you will feel like family once you experience it. His work is the highest of quality with the best prices. He's a Godly man, whom truly loves what he does and defiantly is a master of the trade. I'll never let another dentist work on me as long as Dr, Workman is practicing. God bless you guys in berea and wade Hampton. Its doctors/ dentists and staffs like these that makes a huge difference in this world.
