The Dental Suite - Dr. Sue Kim

As someone who avoided dental care due to horrible past experiences and resulting dental anxiety, I am so grateful to have found The Dental Suite. Wow! I have never had such a genuinely lovely experience at a dental office. From the front desk, to staff and doctor, the care was outstanding. I felt truly listened to and never rushed. Dr. Kim took her time, explained every step so I knew exactly what to expect, and checked in with me throughout the procedures. I left feeling educated about my oral health in ways I hadn't experienced at other offices, where you often feel like you're just another patient to "check off the list" for that day. Not for one second will you feel that here with The Dental Suite! If you struggle with dental anxiety, this is absolutely the place to go. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are such a comforting touch: blankets, headphones, TVs, a neck pillow, and even an eye mask if you want one. And their goody bag? Amazing! Not the typical stuff you get at most dental offices! Overall, an incredible experience. I honestly can’t believe I look forward to going to the dentist now. Huge thanks to Dr. Lee, V, and Shayna, I appreciate you all so much.

Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough, took her time, and provided detailed education throughout my visit, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the entire dental office is the nicest I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. I’ve been searching for a modernized dental office, and I’m so excited to have finally found it. The ambiance of the practice is beautiful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

From start to finish my experience was wonderful. From the time I called looking for a dentist to my last apt this morning- went better than I could have hoped. I don’t enjoy the dentist and have a hard time relaxing but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist, the staff, the cleanliness and the level of service this place provides is worth the time to write this review. I’m so happy I finally found a dentist I’m not terrified of. The Dental Suite decor is modern and clean. There's plenty of parking spots available. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I had the option to include amenities such as blankets, masks, movie, and headphones to make my visit relaxing. The staff and Dr.Kim is beyond professional, caring and knowledgeable. I felt at ease throughout the process. Dr.Kim was informative during the examination. I have sensitive gums and was nervous about the cleaning. Dr. Kim was so gentle with the cleaning. The teeth cleaning was painless and best I ever had! I will be recommending my children to get care at The Dental Suite as well!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Kim for years and have admired her work and compassion for all patients, she has carried that in her new office and I couldn’t recommend her work more. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and the appointment ran right on time. I really appreciate how gentle and thorough the care was for not only me but my family. Dr. Kim and her staff Veroniqueca and Shayna are AMAZING. From walking in to a clean, calm, and inviting office, you are greeted with kindness. Not only is the customer service tremendous, you are taken care of. Dr Kim and her team give you all the information you need, including treatments, and costs with very detailed information about my teeth and oral health. The interior detail as well is top tier, you can also relax with watching Netflix with headphones, a blanket/neck pillow and much more. I have found my new dental office. l highly recommend!!

We recently needed to change dentist locations. I was amazed by the clean office and the amenities that they had to offer such as a blanket, headphones to watch Netflix and even an eye mask! Dr. Sue Kim was also amazing. I love how she walked through areas that I needed to improve on and the technology to show me visually what I needed to change in my day to day cleaning. My partner mentioned how delicate she was during the cleaning process as well. Highly recommend this new dentist location. The booking for appointments was also a breeze!

I was looking for a new dentist, so after viewing their website online, I decided to drop in at the office of The Dental Suite in Covington. It is a beautiful, modern office which really impressed me, so I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, as a new patient, I was very impressed. What really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me by my first name with warm smiles and a welcoming, attentive atmosphere. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very efficient with the check-in and paperwork process. They also offered bottled water, headphones, Netflix, blankets, eyewear etc. which contributed to the level of comfort and personal touch they provided. In the exam room, V, the dental assistant, made sure I was comfortable and clearly explained each step of the process. I had never seen photos of my teeth before, only x-rays. Dr. Kim performed the exam and the cleaning. She is not only knowledgeable, skilled and thorough, but also kind and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I felt at ease as she explained my dental care plan going forward. I can’t say enough positive things about The Dental Suite. It's clear that this office values patient care and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I truly appreciated the professionalism, patience, and kindness from everyone I interacted with and I’m so glad I found them! I highly recommend this dental office!
