100% recommend. I will never ever go to another dentist. I truly feel lucky to have found this place! Thanks to this place, my years of anxiety regarding dental care have truly become a thing of the past. Dr Jamie has done an incredible job at making me feel comfortable while getting some not-so-comfortable dental work done. The whole team here does amazing at creating a positive, uplifting, and joyful experience for patients. Even though this location is not the closest to me, I have no problem going out of my way because of the extraordinary care I always receive. I can’t thank the staff here enough!

Dental express is awesome! They are accommodating to any schedule changes, can get you in fast, do the work quickly, and most importantly, they don’t judge you. They really want you to feel better and be comfortable, they truly want to help. The staff is also really nice. Thank you!!

After many degrading, unprofessional experiences elsewhere, we have been extremely grateful for the team and dentists here. Everyone has been kind, thorough, and accommodating. Even when dealing with dental emergencies, they have made sure to get us in quickly and always have a positive "we can fix it" attitude. Dr. Michelle is incredibly understanding and has a gentle hand, but does stellar work. We are very grateful to have them.

AMAZING service! I am visiting from out of town with cavity pain. Not being able to be seen back at home for quite some time, I was truly worried the issues and pain would only escalate. Thankfully Dental Express took care of me! From the professionalism of the receptionist to the efficiency of the doctor, my entire experience was stress-free, and most importantly EFFECTIVE!! My only complaint is that I don’t live closer and can’t establish permanent care here. They took x-rays, identified the issue and fixed it all within about an hours time. One of the best dentist experiences I have had in many years. 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My wife was treated recently by Dr. Ferguson and his assistant Erika. An amazing experience, unlike any other she ever had! Both the Dr. and Erika were caring, thorough, and very efficient, as we're all the other staff we met. The Dental Express model is what every dentist office should emulate: stste of the art equipment, thoughtfulness, and best of all no pain!

The staff and dentist are the best. They are gentle, quick but friendly and caring. I live in oceanside but come all the way to the Escondido one because I've had bad experiences in the past and finding an amazing dentist is so important. Literally every one from the front desk, to the assistants and techs and of course the dentist is amazing.

Services are okay and staff is friendly. One thing that lowers the rating is the decor of the place is odd (train themed) and more importantly really uncomfortable. The waiting area chairs are these ridiculously uncomfortable metal seats with sharp edges !! I think unfortunately it somehow speaks to how this place feels more about appearances than the patient experience that they could select such unforgiving furniture. :( There also seems like there are a lot of staff changes “. It is hard to get a consistent dental hygienist which is a bit frustrating. Maybe that speaks to the fact that they don’t consider their employees any more than they consider their patients’ comfort:(

From the moment that I walked through the doors I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk staff We’re warm, friendly and efficient Setting a great tone for the entire visit. The office itself was clean, comfortable and calming. Every member of the team I interacted with was kind professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dentist Felix was especially attentive and made sure, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a place where you feel. this well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch!

Dental Express has been my safe haven. After searching for possible dentists, and getting scammed at a different businesses, I FINALLY found the best dental office I’ve ever been with! Their staff is 100/10; caring, funny, kind, helpful, and informative. They go above and beyond to: explain everything for you, answer any questions, and provide incredible services. I use to get nervous going to the dentist, but I’ve finally found a place that is welcoming and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough!! And they have a lil train that rides around the office! Excellent service, patient satisfaction. They worked on my dental problem that same day to aliviate the pain. They are a blessing, kind and and sweet. Very efficient.
