If you are looking for a reputable company to buy whisky barrels planters etc,AVOID this place,my hubby travelled to their premises in calender at the weekend to order some barrels/planters,after speaking to the young lads who were on site they took his order and said they'd pass it to there boss who would contact him, boss's never called so hubby called him,it was then agreed they'd deliver the order on Tuesday morning,hubby called around 11.45am asking if they would still be coming, boss said he was running late and would be a few hours late,they never arrived, on Wednesday my hubby tried calling but it kept going to answer machine, late Wednesday afternoon I called from my phone and he answered,I asked what was happening RE delivery and was told he was busy but would try to get it to us that evening,I explained the our soil etc had been delivered from from another company so we were just waiting on his delivery,no delivery, Thursday won't answer calls,Friday won't answer calls,WHY? Why take our order if you had no intention of honouring it,letting people down and just being downright rude,no explanation,no correspondence no nothing, buy local? I think not,absolute joke of a company,I see you've not had a review in a few years,I'm not surprised when you treat people this way,disgusting behaviour. UPDATE/RESPONSE hi Angela, I take it your the admin/Owner. Can you please then explain to me as to why you never once contacted us RE delivery? I understand completely that a business is busy, and there may be delays, etc, but Tuesday morning delivery and still no response on Friday? No response from the answer, phone message, or text? Absolutely shocking customer service, but pop up a Google review, and hey presto instant reply!

Absolutely fantastic place to buy whisky barrels! Delivered to Oxford within a week of purchase, great communication and the barrels are less expensive than elsewhere and are such good quality. Buy with confidence. Thanks so much Angela and the team!
