The Commercial Hotel

We had an amazing stay at the Commercial Hotel! We rented the whole hotel for 5 nights for a family gathering. The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-stocked with plenty of dishes and towels, and the double fridge/freezer setup was perfect for our Thanksgiving week. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the entire house was spotlessly clean. The owner was wonderfully kind and very easy to reach whenever we had a question. We would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return!

The Commercial Hotel is an amazing spot. Right in the middle of the Ozarks on the White River. The house was spotless, with ample space. Everyone had their own space. The location was great— easy to access the outdoors, parks, and hiking trails to get outside. It was easy to access playgrounds for kids. A coffee shop and fly shop are half a block away. We’d definitely come back.

Commercial Hotel in Cotter is an excellent place to stay if in the Cotter/White River/Bull Shoals Lake area. My son and I had a fantastic stay in this very clean, spacious and tech savvy hotel. We were In the area for trout fishing and just minutes from good restaurants, fly shops, and fun. Jason and Kammi are great hosts and communicators and made sure we had what we needed. Beautiful area of Arkansas. You’ll love staying here.

We spent three nights here and it was a fantastic experience! Our room and the surrounding area was exceptionally clean, and the location is awesome- Cotter Park, the beautiful White River, along with a great coffee shop and restaurants, are easily within walking distance. We were working in the area and decided to give this place a try. Very great experience. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I would like to go back and spend vacation in the area and definitely stay at this laid back,homey,with a throwback experience but still provide the modern necessities . Highly recommended. Five star for sure!

WOW! Exceed Expectations does not come close. Beautiful restoration of a historic property. Quiet and peaceful we stayed in room 103. Those were some of the most comfortable beds ever! Jason Nazarenko was a pleasure to work with. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen was a heater in the bathroom.

We had the whole hotel for the weekend for a family gathering. It was so perfect for us. With 12 rooms available we had more than enough room. It's a beautiful place in a beautiful small town. Because we had the whole space we had access to the kitchen. It's well appointed and had everything we needed. Thanks to The Commercial Hotel for a great time and making our stay the best it could be.

I came down for a fishing trip with some friends and WOW! This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms are well taken care of. The owner is friendly and helpful, and it was an overall amazing time. Not to mention the price is just unbeatable. I’ll definitely be bringing my family with me in the future to this very location.

The Commercial Hotel is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed!!!! It has the cutest “common area” and then nice, private rooms! They also provide coffee and breakfast items. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer for guest to use! We only got to stay one night, so we will definitely be back!!!

Such wonderful place. The Commercial Hotel is a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. They thought of amenities that I have not seen in other places. Even a white sound machine in the room. I really enjoyed the retro-style common room and the kitchen. There was no shortage of k-cups for the Kurig coffee machines. Certainly would stay there again. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
