He takes the time to demonstrate the chair functions with you and makes sure you know how to operate the chair yourself. He will also help you understand the right settings to achieve correct posture and support. Outstanding customer service as well as fantastic products.

My chair arrived on Thursday evening. That's the end of the story, so let me tell you the beginning.... Richard talked me through the ergonomic requirements of my office space and what I needed. We discussed cost, budget and options. So, although I purchased sight unseen, the end result is the chair that I wanted. The delivery was in person by Richard, who assembled it for me and took me through all the functions of the chair while helping me to get the correct seating position. The service I received has been exemplary and as my business grows, I will be contacting Richard for a personal service.
