Highly recommend this company. Very professional, punctual, reliable, and thorough with cleaning jobs. This firm is large enough to have multiple cleaning teams for both commercial and residential work which insures a crew will be at your home or business when appointments are made. Detailed notes of your likes and dislikes are taken and shared to all attending staff to insure your expectations are fully met regardless of who shows up, though they'll make an effort to send in the same crew when possible. I found attending staff are pleasant, love their work, and all speak english.

The ladies are great! Friendly and thorough, and they work so well as a team! Team 7 - Meg and Kaylee - had Jessica with them today so they were done in a flash. We enjoy their company while they are here, and love the way the house looks when they're done. Update after a few months: Meg and Kaylee are the best! The house sparkles and smells great and I feel like I can relax a little with this big job done. Happy Holidays to all at The Cleaning Pros!

I have been using The Cleaning Pros for about 2 years now and am very happy with not only the cleaning, but the women that come to my home regularly. Bonita and Tammy are awesome, thorough, polite and very pleasant to have here. I would recommend them to any of my friends...and have done so several times.

Nikki is professional and does amazing with coordination of the teams; the girls came out to a very difficult client and maintained great attitudes and quality service! Professional and thorough. Cleaned for a solid 4+ hrs. Eliminated all the stress from Listing and Selling my Home. I was scheduled/cleaned within a few days, that is FAST turnaround and service if you ask my opinion. Changed my personal perception of using a Cleaning Service as it was almost too easy. Very happy with the Clean. Call them for your needs.

Our cleaning included our outdoor patio area, 8 sliding glass doors as well as the interior of our 5bd/3bth home. The results were exceptional! Thank you Cleaning Pros!

I booked them for a move-in clean for a new house. Two cleaners showed up and told me it would be two hours to clean. I decided to step out and run some quick errands while they cleaned. I learned that to be a mistake when I returned. They skipped a lot of areas they should’ve cleaned. The areas they did clean were so half assed it was unbelievable. It did not look like they even cleaned the toilets at all. I could still see the water line and the top was covered in dust. There were multiple other areas that were not done: tops of ceiling fans, tops of bathroom fixtures, inside cabinets, top of cabinets, etc. They did not even mop the floor as you can see by the stains and little pieces of trash that were still on the floor in one of the closets. When I asked them directly if they had done these areas they told me yes. This was a bold faced lie as you can see in the included images, these areas were not wiped down at all. I’ll give them two stars because they fixed the things that were originally skipped (and then lied about) or done very poorly. However, this occurred after the manager came to review, which is apparently standard operating procedure for the the “Cleaning Pros”. I found it odd as cleaning companies I have used in the past do not have a manager come out by default to review cleanings. However, after reviewing their work I can see why… Even the re-cleans were half-effort. These people do NOT care and that is why a manager has to come out and babysit. I cannot believe that this company has such a high rating and so many glowing reviews. Maybe I just got unlucky with my two cleaners: Meg and Jessica. TLDR; very sloppy job and minimal effort by the two ladies who did my small townhouse. Will not use this service again and would not recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our cleaning team! Meg and Summer are absolutely wonderful – they are thorough, reliable, and always go above and beyond. Every time they come, our home looks sparkling and feels so fresh. They pay attention to the little details that make such a big difference, and they’re also so kind and easy to work with. Having them care for our home gives us such peace of mind. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and hardworking cleaners – they are truly the best!
