Outstanding service without up-selling. I initially got a quote from HBR. They wanted to "acidize" my chimney to remove creosote, which was not necessary, and the cost was going to be $2,500. They also didn't mention a couple other items that needed attention (which I'm sure they would have found, and charged more for had they done the initial work). The Chimney Sweep guys were prompt, courteous, and professional, swept the chimney, replaced the fireplace floor and fire starter, and left he area spotless. All for less than half what HBR wanted. I was looking for someone to redo the inside of my fireplace. It was in bad shape and I wouldn't dare light a fire in it. Josh from Chimney Sweep came and inspected the full fireplace and chimney. It definitely needed new guts. He sealed a pipe leak on top and said I need need new refractory panels. The quote was quite less than I imagined. Now waiting for work to be done so I can enjoy my new fireplace.
