The service man Adrian is fantastic. He repositioned our logs and our fireplace looks beautiful! He even went on our roof to make sure our chimney was safe. The price is very reasonable We will ask for him again

Both the guys were excellent in the fireplace and the dryer vent cleanings. They were on time as promised and worked quickly with a high degree of cleanliness. When time to pay with our credit card the price for each was correct as quoted. To me, the unbelievable part was when they gave me the hand held to sign, a “tip” starting at 15% was expected! I guess they think they are a restaurant. I gave a 15% tip only because I was taken back and didn’t want to appear cheap. If they aren’t paying their well deserved employees enough then they need to raise their prices, not cheap shot asking for a tip. Because of this, and only this, I will not use them again.

Tech Adrian Brooker showed up right on time, showed me why my chimney needed cleaning and took extra time to explain nuances about my specific fireplace. He showed me some damage on my chimney and gave a few options for how it could be repaired, which was much appreciated. Overall very happy with the service, especially with how Adrian went way above expectations! Thank you sir!

The Chimney Sweep is a service I will co time to use as well as recommend to my friends. They arrived on time, were very friendly, preformed the cleaning without disturbing anything & provided recommendations for continued safe use of my wood burning fire place. Thanks for a great experience!
