BEST PLACE EVER. The Cast is an experience to be had! I was nervous going in cause they're just *that* cool, but I was so relieved to be warmly greeted with what felt like the red carpet treatment and a personal stylist! It wasnt long before I was clutching a cow's worth of leather when a curtain magically swooshed around me so I could try it all on. I'm thrilled to report I left with most of it, and took a bus back from Baltimore again for the rest (I made the hike. TWICE!). Now, you'll rarely find me without a piece of theirs on. And yes, everythings worth every damn penny: Unmatched Quality and the time and skill put into the craftsmanship makes every item an absolute one-of-a-kind steal. They'll outlive you and you'll wear these to the grave. xoxo, muah, leather forever. Lovely, and Badass. My fav combo.

If anyone’s on the hunt for a new leather jacket, this is the place to go. The owner Chuck took his time to go over the options, explaining them in great detail, and helped me find the perfect jacket. You can really tell his heart is 100% in it. Love this place and will definitely be coming back for more.

Beautifully crafted and impeccably detailed leather ware that knocks out any ‘designer’ offerings and at a quarter, if not more, of the cost—an incredible value for a leather jacket or belt that you’ll pass down to a loved one. The Cast crew is welcoming, helpful and deeply knowledgeable.

you want real then this is the shop the people rock the store rocks and you will get some great hand made leather pants ,jackets ,skirts and cool shirts and all kinds of accessories ,,sunglasses punk t shirts etc , ,etc /ENOUGH! just come by BEAUTFUL PEOPLE ...real is real

If only I was brave enough to channel Lux Interior… Some of the best leather gear I’ve come across. The jackets are unequivocally cool. Loved the screen print stuff. My chick picked up a leather beret that’s already in heavy rotation. A lot of their goods are made in-house which earns The Cast a shitload of bonus points.

I’ve been wanting to shop in person at The Cast for years now and finally made it on my most recent trip to NYC last week. The selection was amazing, the quality of everything was superb, the person working in the shop was friendly, laid back, and super helpful…it would be very easy for me to blow all my money here not just because I want everything, but because I’d be stoked to give them as much business as possible. The Night Shift sells vintage in the back of the shop, and I haven’t seen such a perfectly curated selection of vintage in a long time. I was overall very pleased with my visit and my purchases. If ya love leather and rock ‘n roll I highly recommend stopping by The Cast if you’ve got some time to spend in the Lower East Side. Lots of love from Richmond, VA. Can’t wait to come back!

Great shop! My daughter and I were visiting from California and knew we had to hit up this shop! Walked away with some awesome finds and had a great chat with Chuck. Hope to see you at Mosswood on the west coast one of these days.

I’m not entirely sure everyone is cool enough to shop at this store. I’m not saying that because the staff is vibey at all, but they’ve got the coolest one off designs, leather and shirts only the coolest should be wearing. There’s also a vintage section in the back, stupid low prices back there! They also have a nice selection of books and local vinyl. The coolest of the cool darken the out of the way gem. Step up to the plate if you dare.

If you're in the market for a leather jacket, look no further than The Cast! Handmade in NYC, you cannot get any better than this, especially if you're a fan of punk music and the Lower East Side like I am. I went in early last month with my girlfriend to try on some jackets, and the one I really liked was unfortunately just a tad too small. The owner, Chuck, took my information down and promised to give me a call when the next-size-up was back in stock. Not two weeks later, I got a text asking me to come on down. The sizing ended up being perfect and I walked out a very happy customer.

I love my silver leather jacket!! I’m so happy he suggested I get a small. I was concerned how snug it was(like a cast)... But seriously within hours it started to loosen and conform to my body. Not there yet but I know this jacket is going to get better and better!! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
