FAQ: What should I pack for dog boarding?
Heading to The Canine Club for a sleepover? Here’s what to pack in your pup’s overnight bag to help them feel right at home:
- Food – Pack enough food for their entire stay, portioned out by meal if possible. Keeping their usual diet helps avoid any tummy troubles!
- Medications – Bring any necessary meds along with clear instructions (dosage, time, and method of giving them, like if they take it with a treat or food).
- Comfort items – A favorite toy, blanket, or even a worn t-shirt that smells like home can ease anxiety and help them settle in.
- Leash and collar/harness – These are important for safe walks and transitions during check-in and check-out.
- Emergency contacts – Include your number and a backup contact, just in case.
Don’t worry about beds or bowls, we’ve got those covered! At The Canine Club, we provide cozy bedding, fresh water, and plenty of cuddles. 🐶💤
