The Wife and I won a two night stay at The Cabins at Matagorda through a raffle. It took us a while but we finally booked the nights. The cabin was large enough to feel comfortable. We had a king size bed which was comfortable and the restroom was also spacious, for a cabin that is. Our trip was about getting away from the big city life so we didn’t do any touring of the town, so no feedback on that. Nice and quiet though. We will be booking again! Thanks to Gayle for the hospitality!

What a wonderful place and pet friendly too. Mrs Gayle was such a pleasure to meet along with her fur baby Red! I called kinda short notice to book 2 cabins, which were just great. It was a short vacation plus our 35 wedding anniversary! Our 2 furbabies Maggie n Rudy had a good time also. We will definitely call and book again. Thank you Mrs Gayle! From Tabitha in Louisiana.
