My wife and I met with Attorney Burgess to establish a revocable trust for our family. Attorney Burgess and his staff were a pleasure to work with. The process went very smoothly. Attorney Burgess was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He prepared a comprehensive package of legal documents to address our needs. His law clerk, Shaila was also very helpful. Kelton, his wife, and staff are amazing. They are all so welcoming & caring. Kelton helped us with my mother's estate when she passed. He made sure all of the taxes and money were in order.
