The Boot Store

Absolutely love The Boot Store! We were on our way back to Columbus and decided to make a slight detour to visit. We were warmly greeted by the staff, even though we showed up a 1/2 hour before closing time. Not only was the sales staff welcoming, but they were also so friendly and helpful. Luke, the manager, was also a pleasure to meet and helped my wife and I with some special boot requests since they were out of some of our sizes. He went out of his way to help us even though it was past closing time, knowing we made a special stop just to check out the store. I still left with a beautiful pair of rare and exotic gray suede boots that I had no intention buying. I wish we would’ve had another hour to spend there bc they had all the rare and custom boot brands that you don’t find at bigger western outfits. It was just the experience you’d want to have at a smaller, family owned and operated store. The Boot Store will always be one of our stops anytime we’re in the vicinity of Lexington. I better get a second job bc I foresee many more purchases made at The Boot Store! Big shout out to Anne who helped us from the moment we walked in! Thank you!

I’ve been there several times for hats. I’ve bought 5 or so from there. Luke has done a fantastic job shaping them, and always a good conversation. The other staff is always amazing and helpful as well. They definitely make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend!!

Great store with friendly staff. Ashley was amazing! Great since of humor and so helpful finding me a pair of boots that have never felt so good. Will be back again and again hope to see her again PS… be in again for my wife a pair next

Thought it would take hours and multiple stores to find the perfect boots for my wedding… nope!!! Walked in, had FANTASTIC help, and walked out with the first pair I tried on. Easiest shopping trip of my 35yr old life. THANK YOU BRITT!!!!!!

Great service!! I ordered 4 name belts a couple of weeks before Christmas and unfortunately I measured them wrong! We went to the store today and Brittany was a great help getting my boys sized to get their belts the length they needed!! We will definitely go back for any western wear we may need!!

I drove 55 miles to The Boot Store to get my felt cowboy hat cleaned and shaped. Luke provided fantastic service and was the kind of person that anyone would like to have as a friend. I recommend The Boot Store to everyone without hesitation.

First time visiting The Boot Store after hearing nothing but great things. Ashley was amazing. Helped find a new pair of work boots to make my day to day more comfortable. A+++

Workers were extremely patient as we had our six kids and were trying to get everyone fitted for new boots. Just an all over great place and atmosphere. We will be back.

I love going in this store, the atmosphere and great customer service is always there. Best brands on boots and hats anywhere around and you won’t find anywhere that can shape a cowboy hat like they can.

Drove 2.5 hour to go to this boot store as we have none local and was looking for some help on sizing and ideas on what boot might be right for my feet. At first staff was friendly and she sent me to a older gentleman for guidance. He measured my foot went and got a pair of boots which was way way to small. Kinda made me second guess his opinion but I thought hey everyone makes mistakes. He went and got another pair was a little big but def alot closer so I told him that sense we was getting closer to size I should probably tell him I didn't want flashy colorful boots I wanted more brown/distressed boots. I pointed to a pair over on the wall and said something like them sir. He then proceed to tell my wife "we'll im always going to go for the expensive boots first" and then walked off to go talk to another customer and ring someone else's order up. Listen idc to pay 500 for boots if they are something I like and fit correct so I left the boots laying out we had tried on and went up the road to boot barn which was fantastic help. I hate to call a store out but my business went else where because of this man and I will never recommend this store nor will I return to it. I hope no one else has this experience.
