One week here has genuinely changed my life. I’ve always been someone who works out regularly and invests in personal growth, but nothing compares to what I’ve experienced here. I came with no expectations and left with a completely new perspective. You learn so much through the people you meet, the conversations you have, and the moments in between. I’ve connected with such inspiring, kind-hearted souls who reminded me how powerful community can be. The meals were absolutely delicious. Every dish crafted with so much love, care, and attention to detail. You can truly taste the passion behind it. And Kate and Rick, the founders, their energy is contagious. You can feel how deeply they care about what they’ve created. They pour their hearts into every part of this experience. This week has been nothing short of transformative. If you’ve been hesitating to book that trip, take this as your sign. Go. You’ll discover more about yourself than you could ever imagine and leave completely inspired.

What a life changing week!!! This was exactly what I needed to reset and embed positive habits back into my life. All the exercises were fun and the right amount of challenging thanks to the coolest coach ever; Rick. The food was delicious and super healthy- I’ve never eaten so well! You will leave the week feeling lighter and well nourished, all thanks to Ben the Chef. I was a bit apprehensive about the mindfulness work- but it ended up being the most rewarding bit. Now that I’m back in my daily life I’m still using techniques I learned during my week to reframe situations. You will undoubtably meet amazing people and get the rare opportunity to develop strong bonds with new friends. Kate the manager is a complete legend and ensures everything runs smoothly and that the vibes are perfection. I recommend anyone in doubt to consider this an investment in yourself. I also used the opportunity to do a digital detox - and as a result it felt like an even longer holiday and enabled me to have a proper break.

The food is beyond amazing—healthy, nourishing, and so delicious that you won’t believe it’s good for you. I had a wonderful week in Marrakech with The Body Camp. A week filled with fun workouts, amazing food, lots of laughs and memories for life. This was my first trip with The Body Camp but definitely not the last.

The Body Camp was excellent. During our week we had the privilege of Ben, Kate and Rick in the house, and each was exceptional. Ben, head chef, delivered food that was both nourishing, inspiring and importantly tasted great. Rick, as lead coach and personal trainer, provided sessions that were highly motivating, challenging and rewarding (he really enjoys his job and makes it fun). Kate, as house manager, ensured everything ran seamlessly with warmth and efficiency. Individually they are outstanding, but collectively they form an exceptional team. I can only imagine the wider team are equally impressive, which is what makes The Body Camp such a remarkable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend The Body Camp to anyone seeking a truly transformative week.

I won my place at The Body Camp in a competition, so I really didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Throughout the week, I accomplished things I never thought I’d be able to do, and had so much fun along the way. The group I was with was so supportive, and all of the activities are done in pairs or small groups, which makes it even more enjoyable. The evening entertainment and games were brilliant, but the pool games and activities were my absolute favourite! The team at The Body Camp are incredible. Ben, the chef, is unbelievably talented, I tried food I never thought I’d eat, and every dish was absolutely delicious. Rik, the trainer, brings endless energy and motivation, and Kate ties everything together perfectly with her warmth and organisation. I left feeling completely reset, re-energised, and ready to return to reality, taking with me everything I learned during the week. If you’re on the fence about booking, just go for it, you will not be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at The Body Camp in Andalucía, and it truly exceeded my expectations. A fun and inspiring fitness retreat designed for both the mind and body. This vibrant fitness retreat is thoughtfully designed to nurture both the mind and body, making it a truly holistic experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by Kate, Ben and Rick who truly went above and beyond to create a supportive and inspiring environment. It was great to help them celebrate 10 years of the Body Camp! My fellow camp mates were fantastic, friendly, motivating and adding to the overall positive vibe of the retreat. The activities were engaging and well-balanced, making fitness enjoyable rather than a chore. Highlights included sunrise hikes, relaxing afternoon yoga sessions, refreshing workouts in the pool, and daily mindfulness sessions centered around inner technology. One of the highlights was the incredible plant-based food by Chef Ben. It was delicious, nourishing, and creatively prepared, it made every meal a delightful experience. We even had the opportunity to participate in some fun cooking demonstrations with Ben! Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, The Body Camp provides the perfect environment to recharge, learn, and connect. I left feeling energized, balanced, stronger and motivated to maintain a more healthy lifestyle. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a fun, transformative retreat!

This place is special. This was my second year coming back to the Body Camp and it was amazing. You meet the loveliest people and the team – Kate, Ben and Rick – are the best at what they do. They immediately make you feel welcome and comfortable. And the combination of the tasty food, the varied training and the focus on mental health and mindfullness is what really sets this place apart. I can't recommend it enough and I'll continue to return every year for my 7-night reset.

The Body Camp was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, it was an experience like no other. The food was incredible, so delicious and nourishing, proving that healthy eating can be a total joy. The team was unreal….supportive, inspiring, and genuinely dedicated to making the week unforgettable. Every workout, every meal, every moment was designed to push, reset, and recharge in the best possible way. That week will stay with me for life. If you’re thinking about it….just book it. The Body Camp is pure magic! The vibe is amazing, the team is incredibly supportive and good fun, the workouts are great too. And the food, the foooood is always next-level— nourishing, flavorful, and beautifully homemade crafted. The only thing I can say that you will leave feeling stronger, recharged, and truly connected.
