The Bluffs on Manistee Lake MH & RV Resort

Nice and quiet resort for 55+. We were in our 40’ Motorhome and had lots of space for our toad and to relax and enjoy the breeze. Lots of activities and a very nice and friendly park.

We stayed at the Bluffs while going through some long term heart/medical issues. We were looking for a clean, peaceful and quiet place to stay over the summer. We had never been to Manistee or The Bluffs but made the reservation based upon other reviews. We could not have been happier with our stay. Large paved sites with pavers to the camp side extending the privacy and space around the rig. Full hookups, quiet and friendly community. The pool and hot tub were the clearest/cleanest water we’ve ever seen at an Rv park. The staff actually cleans the washers and dryers (we’ve never seen that before either). Wi-Fi worked great too. We were able to get medication delivered right to the park which was a wonderful convenience. The park is close to many wonderful places to see including the town of Manistee and the scenic highway 22 up the coast. Many beautiful day trips from this location. It seems like a best kept secret of Michigan right here. We’ve traveled all around the country and we can honestly say you won’t be disappointed with this park.

Manager was fantastic and very helpful. Off season rates were great. Lots on this newer mature adult facility were large with really nice concrete patio and full hook-ups. We had no other vehicle other than our RV and closes store, for those little things you sometimes forget, was 2 miles away. But manager did offered to drive me there if needed (Thanks Barry). Not sure what it would be like during busy season, but it was perfect for our late season weekend, take in some fall color, quiet getaway. Pool was closed... but it was huge! Only bummer... there is one large community Firepit (manager even offered us some wood scraps)... but no firepits on any individual lots (we enjoy our nightly campfires, but it was way to windy to burn anyway). It was a small walk to view the lake from a bluff, but no access to it from park. We'll gladly visit if in the area again.

We've stayed here twice in our motorhome. We were so impressed with all aspects of the location and amenities that we purchased a seasonal home here. Barry, the on-site manager, has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He's truly an invaluable asset to the community.

Manistee Bluffs is a beautiful RV park! Spacious, concrete sites with nice landscaping. Very quiet park. Friendly folks! We stayed for a short trip up north. Had some issues with our motor home, so, had to leave early. Hope to visit again in the future!

This was a great place to spend the week. We used it as a jumping off place to visit many natural places in the northern Michigan area. There are a lot of trails, beaches, and other points of interest nearby. This campground has friendly management, quiet, clean and safe surroundings. The air is fresh and the bird population is diverse.

I was part of a crew that delivered a manufactured home here. The place was beautiful and the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly.

We lucked out when we found this campground. We finished up earlier then expected in Elkhart and needed a few days to stay before heading north. This is a lovely campground with the nicest people. The owner Barry is a great friendly guy. The sites are very nice. They are level and all the utilities are were the should be. Concrete patios, gravel driveways. The area has so much to do unfortunately we didn't have enough time for us to explore it all. We will definitely be back!

We spent a week here in an RV. The RV sites are very nice and spacious with beautiful stamped concrete patios and picnic tables. Full up to date hook-ups and super fast WiFi. The community is filled with very friendly people and super sweet fur babies. Barry the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and issue free. The breeze from Lake Michigan is also wonderful. Lot's of cool places to visit in the area including beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. The permanent homes on the property are new and in beautiful condition. Highly recommended.
