All of our questions were covered and we learned quite a bit about the various shutter technologies. There was NEVER any sales pitch or pressure - just a fact filled answer session. We discussed what we wanted to do, had the team return and ordered our new shutters. They were delivered and expertly installed on time and are exactly what we wanted. I contacted Stephen after getting recommendations from neighbors and friends on who they purchased blinds and shades from in their homes. Once speaking with him and making an appointment with Sophia, I was certain I had made the right choice. Sophia was patient and provided samples of what blinds would look like in the different lighting conditions in my house. As a matter of fact, Sophia made two visits because I had concerns about my original choice for my sliding glass door and patio door. Once signing the purchase agreement, I had my Roman shades and Banded shades. On the day of installation, Sean was able to come earlier than the scheduled time. He was personable, professional, swift and cleaned up after himself as he removed the temporary shades on my windows and installed the new ones in each room. He also demonstrated how to operate each blind. They look wonderful on the windows. I am more than happy that I chose The Blind, Shade & Shutter Co.
