Ordered a bike rack in January 2025 on the website promise of a 4 week delivery. The rack took 8 weeks and was only delivered in this timeframe after extensive chasing, calls were not followed up. When purchasing there was an option to select installation or not. As we are working with experienced builders at our site we didn't purchase installation. When the rack arrived there were NO instructions provided. On chasing this we were told that instructions are not provided as most customers opt to pay for installation. This was not made clear on the website. We requested some instructions and were told that technical specifications could be obtained and would be sent immediately. We had to chase twice for this. When they arrived they were not helpful - experienced builders found them almost impossible to use. Failure to consider instructions as part of the product seems to be a glaring omission. The racks are great but the service, delivery and customer experience has been terrible from start to finish. Pay more for other suppliers would be my recommendation.

We purchased an outside shelter to go over our existing bikes racks. We are very pleased with the finished product and the installation team did an excellent job, and in really bad weather conditions too. Good customer service team who were quick to respond to queries.

Great solid, quality, british-made product. Works wonderfully and means my bikes are taking up less space, are each secured and are easy to get at. Really impressed - the very heavy packages (>40kg) came in about 2 working days and pretty easy to put together.

I was skeptical to begin with (big project costing a lot of money) but all fears were allayed once I started to converse with James and the team. Along with the fact that it wasn't my project to begin with, I had picked it up from someone else who had left the school and had all the quotes. I found the service offered by The Bike Storage Company professional, accommodating and delivered to timescale. The guys in the office were responsive to emails and actually answered questions regarding the installation and the engineers that came to put up the bike shelter actually took on board site specifics in terms of the student start and finish times and also cordoned off the works to ensure safety. Really great service offered and I'd be happy to come back and get any other projects done in the future which I think the school is planning to do. We've also seen a massive increase in student's that ride to school as well which is great!

Emailed one evening for some details, got a response first thing the following morning. Placed my order for a semi vertical rack which turned up well within the expected delivery times. Putting it together was easier than I expected it to be. Very impressed with the company and the rack. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I bought 5 of the vertical bike racks and they are exactly what I needed. We built a shed to store the bikes and the company was really helpful when I asked for dimensions and suggested distances between racks etc. One thing to note is that if a bike has a front mud guard it may not fit - we have had to remove it from my daughter's bike. Otherwise great product and good customer service.

I purchased a semi-vertical bike rack for the 4 family bicycles. I was able to order a rack for exactly the number I needed so it fits perfectly in to a space in my garden. The sections arrived well packaged and on time. Building it just required a couple of basic tools and a picture from the website - it took me less than an hour. It is very sturdy, meets my needs, is space saving and allows all the bikes to be easily accessible. I would definitely recommend The Bike Storage Company.
