We have over 15 years of industry experience and are supplied by numerous well-established UK based fabricators. We provide free of charge site visits across the UK to offer our expertise and to ensure the best utilisation of available space.
All our products are designed, tested and fabricated in the UK, which allows us to offer fast lead times, high quality products and bespoke offerings.

Ordered a bike rack in January 2025 on the website promise of a 4 week delivery. The rack took 8 weeks and was only delivered in this timeframe after extensive chasing, calls were not followed up.
When purchasing there was an option to select installation or not. As we are working with experienced builders at our site we didn't purchase installation. When the rack arrived there were NO instructions provided. On chasing this we were told that instructions are not provided as most customers opt to pay for installation. This was not made clear on the website. We requested some instructions and were told that technical specifications could be obtained and would be sent immediately. We had to chase twice for this. When they arrived they were not helpful - experienced builders found them almost impossible to use. Failure to consider instructions as part of the product seems to be a glaring omission.
The racks are great but the service, delivery and customer experience has been terrible from start to finish.
Pay more for other suppliers would be my recommendation.
