The response time was incredibly fast and professional from the start. I wasn’t even at home during the collection — I simply left the items outside as agreed, and they took care of the rest. They loaded everything into the van without any issues and even sent me photos afterward to confirm that the job was done. That gave me real peace of mind and showed how reliable and transparent they are. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and extremely efficient. It’s rare to find a company that works this quickly while still being so organized and communicative. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would absolutely use their service again in the future. 100% recommend!

I know who to call for my next job, it's One Clear again, without a doubt. The communication from initial discussion to confirming the job, right through to providing at time of arrival the previous day and true to their word, they arrived on time and also called an hour before they did! Really helpful communicated over WhatsApp and very clear about pricing and was able yo book them in less than a week which was great. They also let us know when they were on the way, they came to remove the sofa and all was done within 15 mins really efficient.

A polite team of 2 removed the item quickly and efficiently. I might say access was not great but they made it look easy The office arranged a convenient time for pick up (not easy just a few days before Christmas). If you are looking for hassle free service with reasonable rate, just get these guys. I used other services in past from different companies but these guys are amazing. It was bit sort notice and they took the job. Not only the prices are reasonable but the service I received was excellent. The team went extra miles by just not clearing the rubbish only but helped me out to get it out from basement as I couldn't do it alone. I thought will take couple of hours to finish the job but they did all under a hour. Definitely calling them back for next time Thank you guys
