Paul was very good at getting back with us on our call for service. He kept consistent communication with us in when he would be arriving and was very informative and professional during his visit. We would highly recommend him for any appliance repair!

Paul was very timely to respond to my inquiry. He made an appointment for the next day and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I could not believe how fast my dryer was fixed. I definitely will give him a call for other repair projects!

Paul was amazing from start to finish. He called me right away even though it was after hours. My issue was with a built in fridge. Built in fridge repairs become expensive in a hurry. What another(mind you highly rated) company quoted me was to replace several components of the cooling system. Paul was able to fix the fridge for a fourth of the cost ( about 500 bucks). But also shared his invaluable feedback about how to maximize the useful life of the refrigerator(as builtin refrigerators cost a small fortune). I appreciated that he did not rush me on the phone(I am the kind of person that does his research so naturally has a few questions ), was accessible via text, is skilled and most importantly honest. Paul, you will be my go to guy for my future appliance needs. I have already referred him to another friend in the valley.

I may have given 4.5 just because fee to come out/diagnose didn't count towards the repair fee. This made the repair about $75 more than I would have liked. But I also understand. Anyway as far as service, amazing! Honest and even when we decided to repair 1 appliance but buy a new one he tried to help set me up with someone that could give me a good fair deal on a new one. He was not upset that I wanted to not repair 1 of them which left him with a smaller job he was very friendly knowledgeable and even showed me how to do an easy repair so I could do it myself next time. He has made me what to use him loyally because he didn't care only about his bottom line. Oh and the repair is holding up great my washer is running amazing and I've gotten through my almost 15 loads of laundry that piled up while broken! Thank you! You won't regret using him!

Your search is over, Paul is one of the best. He was honest, friendly, professional and understanding. Our fridge had cooled its last gallon of milk. It was going to be to much to fix and maybe not work after the repair. I knew this after the research I did. I just wanted to have someone else look at it to make sure it wasn’t something I was missing. Paul’s info matched what I had already known. We need a new fridge. Paul then set us up with a new fridge we wanted. We had a new fridge less than 12 hours after he left. I will use this company again and again.

Paul at Bargain Busters Appliances is awesome. I texted him about my KitchenAid dishwasher and he helped me troubleshoot it before even coming out, including what to look for with the flashing lights and error code. Turns out we had a small water leak and water got into the pan under the dishwasher. I cleaned it up and everything started working again. What stood out is Paul could have easily scheduled a visit and charged a service fee, but instead he guided me to fix it myself and saved me hundreds of dollars. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

Paul, the owner is fantastic. He made time for us, got us a great deal on a new washing machine that meets all our needs. He's always upfront about costs, time frame and on time. He doesn't waste anyone's time and is so honest and helpful.
