Traveled all the way from Manchester to their store after seeing Facebook advert of their Herringbone light oak flooring, I felt welcome from the mini I stepped in to their store and also done me at a good deal, well worth it!

This company is an immense delight to work with as a customer. They have conveyed brilliant service and have provided advice with the utmost tremendous value that has given me so much clarity and happiness. They are a pleasure to consult with.

Wish I could give a good review like the many others but unfortunately I didn't receive the item despite forking out over £80 including delivery. Was called earlier in the week at 0630am by an unknown number telling me he was an hour away with the astroturf, but he said an address I didn't recognise, he then said he would call me back but never did. Later that day I sent an email asking about this and also for a confirmation email with the order as I never received this to begin with. It got to 12 Sept and I hadn't heard back so gave them a call and the man who answered was very abrupt and rude, telling me I had received the item the night before and that it was next to my silver Vauxhall, however, my car isn't silver or a Vauxhall. He also claimed that the driver had been trying to call me so it was my fault as I didn't answer the phone. I live in a new home where our signal isn't great so had received a couple of missed calls which I assume was the driver he was referring to. The man advised me to use their WhatsApp icon on their website which I did and he sent me a picture of the rolled up turf by a fence in a carpark, and the said silver car. It's weird that the driver would leave it by a car and not at the address I provided on the order. £80 down the drain and had to go to B&Q instead. Whether someone picked it up and is now enjoying some free turf or what is beyond me!

Price, service and quality of grass all 10/10. Whatsapp messaged them to ask some questions and response was very fast and got the grass to me in a couple of days. 32mm landscape was what we went for an no regrets. Dog loves it. Wont hesitate from ordering again on my next project!

Absolutely amazing service ! We travel 45 mins just to get them to sort our home flooring and our shop flooring. Absolutely fantastic team that are always willing to help !

What a fabulous company, I am so glad I found it. The Quality is top notch and prices are really reasonable. Communication was clear and timely and I had a lovely delivery driver, he went above and beyond. I hope he managed to finish a little early to enjoy the sun.
