The service and professionalism was top notch! Josh was on time with every appointment. Thoroughly explained the problem with my dishwasher, ordered the part and installed it as soon as possible. I will definitely use them again as needed.

Well, we had a little mixup the first day. Tenant and appliance guy didn’t connect as planned. We Cleared everything up and The Appliance Guy returned the next day. Everything was repaired in quick order - we will use again. Thank you!

Josh showed up when he said he would and was very nice. He was knowledgeable about my fridge issue and was able to answer all my questions. I hope I never have to but will call again in the future if needed.

I would give them a -5 star, Came to check our washing machine and said they would have to order the part and it would take eight days to get it in. They made an appointment on day nine to come and fix it for over $300. Foolishly, I agreed to wait. At their appointment time on the ninth day when they were to be here, they called and said they just found out that the part was on backorder. I won’t bore you with the rest of the conversation, which was not pleasant. I have recommended them in the past, but I can only tell you it was India’s unacceptable customer service.

Called in a Monday afternoon and was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Josh showed up on time and had my dishwasher fixed in less than an hour. Had great service and I highly recommend “The Appliance Guy!”
