The Appliance Guy

Called in a Monday afternoon and was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Josh showed up on time and had my dishwasher fixed in less than an hour. Had great service and I highly recommend “The Appliance Guy!”

Josh did a great job replacing the balance rods in our washer and cleaning our dryer vent. He took the time to explain the issue and process to fix it. The job was done well and on time. I will use them again.

First the service person Josh is great and did a great job; however the company itself not so much. I initially called on a Monday. They did not send anyone out until Wednesday. Then my refrigerator was not repaired until the following Thursday more than a week. When you call you don’t get an answer, but instead you get a text messages. Very unprofessional.

Jimmy arrived a few minutes before scheduled time. He came in and went right to work. He knew exactly what to do to replace our over the range microwave. He did a fantastic job. We will definitely contact The Appliance Guy if needed in the future.

Jimmy did an Outstanding job when came out to fix the ice maker in my refrigerator. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and his company and will continue to use their services in the future! The Appliance Guy did a Great job!

Called and spoke to Justin regarding an issue with a year and a half new washer and he was so kind, understanding and helpful. He sent his worker Jarrod to check it and after a considerable time got it to work. Amazing, cause the other company wanted hundreds of dollars and barely looked at it. I am so great full to this fine company and I sincerely recommend them from my heart. They are truly on my “keeper list” thanks again!!

Wonderful! The Appliance Guy messages a picture and the name of the person who will be repairing your appliances, and when they're en route. Josh was able to give me an estimate during his first visit to my home, then repaired both my dishwasher and washing machine during his second visit in less than one hour. Thanks!
