Jacob was excellent with prompt service and patience working on my Samsung oven. It was difficult to open given unit loss of power so he was able to figure out how to find the manual latch to open it behind a motor. He was able to resolve all of the problems without any parts required!! I highly recommend his service for all your appliance repair needs. I called Jake on a Friday afternoon for washing machine semi emergency. He was here within 15 minutes, fixed the issue in about 5 minutes, and charged a very fair price.
