Booked a place for just under a month when we moved back to Sydney. The apartment was dark, damp and horribly mouldy. It smelled awful and lingered on our clothes even out of the apartment. We ended up leaving early and were promised a refund of the unused nights. (I now wish I had asked for the cleaning fee back too as it was a few hundred dollars but the place was dirty!) we received an amount back short of what was agreed. I queried and they said they would pay the rest. They didn’t. I would not recommend.

I have been leasing out my units through The Apartment Service for over 5x years and I have always found the staff there to be knowledgeable, efficient and absolutely professional. My units had been let for both short and mid-term stays, and the occupancy rate has been consistent, and the agreed rental price has been fair. The communication by the staff is excellent and the property manager that was assigned to me has gone above and beyond to ensure that both the tenants' experience and each of my properties has been well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Apartment Service.
