Everyone of the staff I had contact with were awesome. Very professional, really nice and explained things to my husband and me and worked to get me a return appointment within 2 weeks for a drug challenge testing. I have always been very impressed with all of the staff at this office. The office was very clean and the staff seemed to work well together.

Dr Jones and his staff were so friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. He prescribed a new regime of nasal sprays to manage my non-allergic rhinitis so I'm hopeful!

The office staff was super helpful and thoughtful. D octor jones was fantastic. He wants to find the root cause instead of throwing medications at me. I left feeling hope that i had not had in years and that he will do everything he can to resolve my issue.

I saw Dr. Philip Jones today and his nurse and the young lady that did the allergy test. Everyone was very attentive and professional. There was practically no wait time to be seen. Dr. Jones made me feel very comfortable and did not make me feel like he was rushing me in any way. It was a very pleasant experience! I would recommend this team to everyone!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Doctor and technician were friendly and took time to explain everything. At the end of the appointment they ensured I had a complete understanding of tests run and results. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice.

I am writing this review approximately 2.5 years later because it has taken me time to find the right words to accurately describe my experience. I came to The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center with genuine hope for answers and relief. My initial appointment was adequate, though I felt uneasy when the physician strongly encouraged me to retry allergy shots despite my explaining that I had previously experienced a mild anaphylactic reaction after my first dose in the past. Approximately two weeks later, I returned for my scheduled shot appointment. While checking in at the injection desk, I witnessed a very distressing interaction between staff members that involved yelling and profanity directed at one another. The environment felt chaotic and unprofessional, and the incident triggered my PTSD. Because of this, I left without receiving treatment and ultimately chose not to return. While I understand that stressful moments can happen in any medical setting, the situation left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted my ability to continue care at this facility.

We were sad when Dr Wallen retired but Dr Jones is just as great! My 13 year old loves his animals and chose shots instead of getting rid of them. We are so happy for this option. The nurses and front desk are also great!

This place is awesome! Everyone is so nice and wonderful with kids. My son came in for an allergy test today and wasn't scare or nervous. He left happy. ♥️

I have been going to the allergy, asma, and sinus center for years. When I started seeing Dr. Jones, I had morning headaches, run away allergies and frequent asma attacks. Now, I use nose spray and take allergy shots every 3 weeks and I am so much better. Not only is he a top notch Doctor, his staff is also excellent. I have never had a complaint.

Very friendly staff, Dr Jones greeted us personally in the waiting room, and invited us in the exam room. He was thorough and answered our questions. Highly recommended clinic.
