I waited a while before I posted this review. They were great in the beginning however I spent 10k plus on my divorce to not be able to even change my name and then to be told that I didn’t put it in the email on the form. Which of course I didn’t I went into the office and signed my final decree in person. But I got hung up on and I didn’t even bother taking it any further once they get that money they don’t care about you !! Do your research is all I’m saying, does Todd have a good relationship with the judges and das? Yes. 🙌 which sometimes that is all you need. But sometimes you need a little more caring. So I had to get rushed into emergency surgery last year on November 6th and that same day I lost my job. But i had still mad payments after I was told not to worry about it and focus on my kids. Then they can do nothing for me unless I pay my balance in full. Now I understand the initial retainer etc etc but when a client has made over $1,000 in payments in a 30 day period and need more help because their ex thinks he is above the law, which has been discussed in great detail. And I was assured none of my fears would be happen and they had my back and would make sure these said things would not happen. Well guess what, they are happening. I fortunately document everything I’ve included a picture of me signing these said documents on their secretary’s desk at the office at 31st and Yale

The receptionist hung up on me before quoting a price, bc I'm temporarily illegally destitute. Wow. Elitist much? Very happy to know to stay away. what's funny, I could have paid, I just was asking for options. Now, you lose money and some reputation, rightfully so.

My daughter had a legal issue and visited Attorney Todd Alexander. I was very impressed with Todd. Even though this was a free consultation, Todd took a great deal of his time to go over my daughter's situation in detail. He thoroughly explained all of her legal rights and put her in contact with other resources that could help her. His knowledge of Family Law is considerable. He informed my daughter that she could handle her situation by herself and told her how to do it and where to go to accomplish the desired result. This clearly shows that Todd possesses great integrity and honesty. He could have sold this to us as need to retain his services. He did not. If this legal issue evolves into something more significant, we will head straight to Todd to represent us. I highly recommend Todd to anyone who has a legal issue involving Family Law.

During my first experience with Mr Alexander his computer froze while he was trying to explain a portion of a law to me. He then, without skipping a word, grabbed a book off of the shelf. He opened the book and started following a line with his finger. It was word for word what he had been saying to me. His knowledge and professionalism in his field is readily apparent and far above anything, or anyone else I have come across. Kandee has the ability to calm and be there for the client that helped me keep things together when protecting my children was so stressful. My family wouldn't be safe and happy today without The Alexander Law Firm.

I've been waiting for months too hear from this GAL, I finally get him on the phone and conversation didn't go well. I have a matter of fact tone when I speak, I've always spoken that way. I feel like I wasn't respected and unheard tbh. But hopefully this meeting goes well in early January because at this point I'm already feeling very uncomfortable.
