We live in a complex society where actual facts might not matter at all especially if you happen to be on the wrong side of the society. My case involved Protective Order (PO), a pending false criminal charge, custody battle for children, child support/ Spouse support and asset control. I, black African male, was on lawsuit against my Ex who is light skin Arab Moroccan lady whose sole goal was to capture the house. The lady disconnected from the family once she found out that the house has been paid off. She would stay until 5 AM chatting on social media and talk to folks worldwide and was recording the husband for 2 years waiting for opportunity to confiscate the house. She is skilled in this game as she has done similar thing in previous marriage. As a strategy to get the house, she filed a PO cutting me from the children and use the children as a mean to obtain the house. Opposing was represented by another female Muslim lawyer who lies beyond bounds. What America does not know is that lying is an integral part of the traditions and culture of many third world countries including Muslim countries. Throughout the case I felt being despised in every court room. Perhaps being Black, African, Male, Muslim, Educated, Home owner, Veteran are too much for Texas court? While the court choose not to accept the testimony and opinions of the children who were eye witnesses of everything, Opposing took advantage of America stereotypical vision on Islam and on Muslim men. After I had a miserable PO hearing, I hired Victoria Broussard in February 2021 to challenge the PO for re-trial. Victoria was able to have the arresting Police officer confess in the court room that he had lied in the signed/notarized affidavit of arrest. Victoria team is honest, affordable. She gave me good advices regarding what steps to take from the beginning of the case to the end. Victoria pointed out in the divorce temporary hearing that the child support was miscalculated. In addition, the team answered all my questions in very timely manner during week day or weekends. I could not ask for more. Victoria worked tirelessly to get the court approved the involvement of the custodian at litem whose investigation shed great light on the matter. In addition, Victoria hand-picked other subject matter experts to serve as witnesses in the final hearing. The most important fact is Victoria showed to the court that previous verdicts were not substantiated and the Opposing side is a greedy liar. Victoria collected medical records which were hidden by Opposing. These medical records contained critical evidence and testimony made by the children themselves or witnessed by medical professionals. These documents showed that Opposing has lied and is incapable of taking care of the children. Among the collected documents, one of the children was on the verge of suicide if forced to live with her mother, another child was back on Oxygen due to mother carelessness (sleeping overnight in the car with children) as she was directed by another man (of course morality is taboo in the country) and a third child got surgery due to bad nutrition while living with the mother and a fourth burnt and had skin cooked with hot water and he did not receive any medical attention. Without Victoria attention to details, clear vision, these medical documentations would have been missed. As we moved along the case, the juvenal probation officers supported us and CPS became neutral or was on our side.
