One of their drivers fraudulently overcharged my wife and the company won't take responsibility or refund the money, they said its nothing to do with them and dont worry that driver wont be sent to us again. STAY well away from this firm as this driver is still working for them and will still be committing fraud and robbing their customers.

Absolute disgrace of a service. My pre-booked taxi was cancelled just five minutes before it was due. Completely unreliable and unacceptable.

I would give this Company zero if I could. I ordered a taxi last night to get picked up at 8.15 am to bring me to the train station.. I was attending a really important medical appointment in Dublin. I phoned the Company 5 times between 8.20am and 8.50am when I cancelled as I had missed my train. A taxi arrived at my house at 9.25 am. !!!! From my experience this Company is very unreliable and ordering a taxi dosent mean your taxi will arrive. I am.an elderly lady and this Company has caused me untold stress today.

Would NOT recommend! Booked a taxi the evening before for pick up at 8:15 am to the train station.Taxi no showed and when I rang the number twice it just rang out. No longer a taxi company. It's freenow, but they don't make that clear when you call. Making a booking with them a day in advance, and having a confirmed pick up time, does not mean you're getting a taxi. Stay clear!

They secretly changed the price on the card machine stay well away

I rang them to order a taxi and was told it would arrive in 20 - 30 minutes. After 40 minutes the taxi hadn't arrived and I rang again to inquire about it. The agent told me the journey was marked as completed and sometimes the drivers do this if they're busy. Instead of offering to order another taxi he said I should use one of their competitors. I said I won't be using them again and he said "Yeah, that's fair enough. I wouldn't use us either. Thanks." Best to go with the agent's advise and don't use them.

Don’t order a taxi from them. Ordered a taxi from them twice. Once on a very cold day in winter, I was waiting outside Tesco with shopping for 40 min when they said it will be only few minutes. Called them back to be told sorry they don’t have anything available, sorry for the inconvenience. Second time ordered from them out of necessity, was told taxi will be there in 2 minutes. After 25 minutes with no taxi showing up called them back, they apologised saying they booked it wrong and taxi will be outside in few minutes. After 15 minutes I get a call from annoyed taxi driver saying it will be at least another 15 if not longer.

DO NOT USE IF ATTENDING A WEDDING NEARBY I pre booked a taxi last weekend for a wedding in Makree Castle. About half an hour before it was due to arrive I rang to confirm the booking. To my surprise they said they didn’t have a booking and no drivers available. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
