That Drain Guy

Louis was very responsive over the weekend and squeezed me in after another customer same-day. He clearly knows his stuff and his rates are competitive, especially for a weekend (he won't price gouge you like Mr. Rooter). He thoroughly snaked the kitchen line and I'm back in business. Also very friendly. :)

Louis is a stand up guy, very communicative, when he says he's going to be there, he's there. He did an excellent job for us. He's not one of those plumbing businesses that are out to rip you off by charging some exuberant amount, he's just a local hard working man doing what's right by his customers. Would I use him again? A resounding 1000% YES! I found the right man for my plumbing needs and if you're in the need for a plumber, call Louis, I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied by his service.

The bill was 1/5 of what other company quote me, I save $2400 total. What a good deal! I couldn’t sleep last night because of a clogged in main drain. Louis showed up within 3 hrs of the call. He unclog the drain with camera, record the whole process with me sitting next to screen- If he does something wrong you will be able to see, but he is a PERFECTIONIST. I have lots of anxiety about my drain system but he diagnoses it is because my drain and the neighbors’ drain connected so if they clogged, I clogged. The whole time I thought it was my fault. It wasn’t.

I recently had an issue with my sink not draining properly. Despite my efforts to fix it by unscrewing some of the pipes underneath, I couldn't locate the blockage. Louis came to the rescue on the same day I called. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently cleared the blockage. I can’t say enough about Louis. I was told I had a main drain problem and not only did Lois come on a SUNDAY in less than 2 hours but after looking everything over and checking the toilets and tubs, he said everything was fine and not to worry. He could have easily thought of something to charge me for and at the least a service call charge but he wouldn’t take any money from me. WOW!! In a world like we live in today, that is a rare human being. Remarkable! Nice to know there are honest people in this world. He pulled up right on time in his shiny clean rig, which was the first sign I'd contacted the right guy. He did the job quickly, plus he helped me troubleshoot some other issues I needed to deal with to protect the house from water incursion. Louis is a real problem solver and his depth of experience shows. Plus he is way more reasonable than the other bids I got!

Louis came out and snaked our drain within 20 minutes! The stoppage had been causing flooding in our basement for years and other plumbers would attempt to snake with no real success. Our drain is working better than it has in years!!
