The parcel was delivered safely within the expected time. Pick up service from home was good too. But I'm disappointed because of the following issues: 1. The courier charges are very high. Almost international shipping rates are applied. I did a mistake that I did not ask the rate before home pick up of the parcel. 2. Since this was a gift delivery, so it was nicely put in a decorated sealed paper bag. Instead of taping the outer palstic cover, they heavily taped the gift bag, which spoiled the beautiful gift bag. Given the price I paid, this could have been taken care of.

Had to send some clothes to my son urgently in delhi.Searched the web n found DTDC with good reviews, called them n parcel was collected from my home within an hr or two. They wrapped the parcel for me & it was delivered in less than 24hrs.Very good service by Abhishek Thakur, he lets you know when the parcel has been delivered adding that personal touch. Will surely be using their services in future.Keep up the good work👍
