Tha Nickolee Hotel

Spent a night here in their deluxe room. The service was impecable from reception to the restaurant. The room layout was intuitive and large, clean and the king bed was super comfy. Even though it is road adjacent , the noise doesn’t seep in . I was offered complememtary usage of the steam and gym which was a pleasant experience. They also had a heated indoor pool and club but I didn’t get to use or visit but a guest was raving about it at breakfast😅. The restaurant was decent but dinner options was a bit limited .

Recently stayed there with my spouse. Spacious rooms & waiters were helpful. The turnoff was the noise coming from the club. We barely slept. I insisted on being moved to a quieter room on lower floors, but this did not help. Noise at night in the corridors makes this hotel an overated lodging. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet sleep and even more with young kids. The management must decide if they want to keep the hotel or the club. Was such a dissapointment for me. If i had a chance to get a refund for the second night, would have graceouly been happy to move to another place. Wont miss the place.

Very professional wellcome and service at reception. Beautiful and very spacious rooms, neat and clean. Down side: only very hot showers available, no control of the shower heater, no choice of a cold shower just hot and unregulated. So sad that I never had a chance to shower despite 4 staff members responding to my concerns . Matters worse, no alternative was offered just " we are very very very sorry. Staff training needed. Photo copy papers as wine list,dark and not readable at the club.Shame.

I recently did a reservation for Birthday dinner at the hotel . My appreciation goes to Clinton who helped in planning and ensuring everything is smooth. And helped me to choose what Tha Nickolee is well known for.. and that the family platter 🥰. My family really enjoyed the meals. Cake was made with Love. And Dennis the waiter who was serving them did a recommendable job to ensure the birthday boy was well surpised kudos 👍Dennis and the entire team. We will definitely be back soon. All in all Tha Nickolee is the place to be. keep it up team.👏 🥰

The Dining and meals were sumptuous, healthy and mouth lingering! And the stunning view of Mt Kenya was refreshing! We recommend this great facility! Can't wait to come back again!

I had the best time at this hotel. I loved the service there from the receptionist to the kitchen staff. The rooms were so clean and so spacious. Also the location is right near the main road which is so convenient. Overall loved the experience 😃

My first time here this past weekend: place gives you a mix of feelings. Excited due to the kind welcoming staff, place is very clean , ambiance is great, breakfast is great with variety, some rooms are large comfy but accessible at extra cost, otherwise some rooms small with windows opening into corridors. Did they have an architect ? You are left wondering. Not exciting due to poor views outside; a factory very close by, shanties with trash on another side. They have a noisy club with loud music long into night I could still hear it though we got into a floor we were promised to be quiet. Otherwise enjoy the exciting things , close your eyes to what not exciting . They are trying very hard to keep you happy

Showed up late at night without a reservation. Rooms were ready in minutes. Staff are well trained. Very modern, clean, comfortable & secure. Beds are huge, showers hot and have great pressure. Breakfast spread is above satisfactory. Club is impressive and well-stocked. All round pleasantly surprised. We shall be back.

Great experience! The bouncers at Club XOYO are professional, friendly, and really cool. The service is top notch overall, and the atmosphere is excellent. I would highly recommend this place any day.

Excellent service - everyone is helpful and wants to go the extra mile. The rooms are all different but the amenities are the same and everything is catered for. The rooms are also very clean. They have a gym, heated swimming pool and a steam and sauna bath. The buffet breakfast is very good and caters for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Nanyuki town is a walk away if you don't mind walking. Oh, and their night club, Xoyo, is a must visit, with great music and great vibes.
