I was very pleased with the service. Gabriel, the technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had our problem fixed very quickly. He offered understandable explanations as to what was the matter with our dishwasher. The pricing for the service rendered is reasonable. We have run the dishwasher twice now since yesterday's repair and there are no problems to report.

Refrigerator repair: I called them to schedule an evaluation & repair for a side-by-side refrigerator. The appliance is not keeping consistent temperature. They were quick to come out, ordered the part and collect payment. A few days later they returned to install the part. Two days later I called them to inform them the refrigerator was not keeping a consistent temperature and needed for them to come back. They told me they would contact the technician and get back to me. Well no return call. I called them again three additional times and received the same response. I also Left messages and no return calls. They were fast to collect the money and the appliance is still not keeping consistent temperature. 👎👎👎

I recently used Texcen Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The technician arrived promptly and was both courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and had it running smoothly after replacing the necessary part. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and professional appliance repair!

Garrret was extremely professional, knew exactly what to do and the prices are fair. He was Careful with everything he did and made sure that the problem was resolved. He went above and beyond and helped with another thing while he was at it. I highly recommend. Texcen For any appliance repairs. And if you need your dryer vent unclogged and airway to be flowing proper again these are the people to call 100%!

Gabriel was very thorough while checking our refrigerator. After doing the diagnostic test and adding Freon he informed us that our refrigerator was not worth fixing. We were only charged the service call fee. He was very professional and friendly and explained throughly and answered our questions. Will definitely use their services again.

Gabriel was assigned to come and diagnose our microwave. He called and left a message that he was running behind but he would still come about 7 pm. He arrived about 7:15 and was attentive and engaging. He throughly explained the issue with the appliance and had the door switches to fix the issue. He explained the break down of the cost that seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend Texcen and would request Gabriel.

The technician was polite and professional, but the pricing was not explained clearly. I was told on the phone the service call was $95 to inspect and diagnose, and that fee would be waived if parts were replaced. No parts were replaced — the technician was here about 30 minutes, removed an obstruction from the vent, tested the dryer, and I was charged $180. I was told this was with the service fee waived, which was never explained upfront. Had I known the cost would be this high for such a simple fix, I would have called another company. Pricing transparency needs improvement.

My family and I have used Texcen appliance repairs for all our repair needs for years. They have always been fast and reliable weather its at any of our homes or at any of my rental properties. This company will tell you if you appliances are worth fixing or not, so you won’t be throwing money into repairs and parts that would cost you more than a new appliance. They have reasonable pricing also!!

Timely and professional service. Did a great job troubleshooting the weird things going on with my LG dishwasher. Figured it out pretty quickly and fixed it right up. I'm glad I don't have to handwash my sink full of dishes tonite! Yay!! Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
