Having the right tool isn't just for carpenters. Sometimes a microscope that a public adjuster has will be the difference in a cosmetic exclusion or functional damage. A public adjuster with experience will be able to have and use the tools to the insured's advantage. This is a simple but highly effective way to show that the claim has more depth than what the initial assessment shows. I love this tool! It can show the cracks in sheet metal and the damage done to the matting of a shingle.
