I had a slow water leak at the meter. Called Tony and he had his office call me back later that day. An appointment time was set and they were there early. Amazing! They were recommended by friends who think the world of Tony. Had a great experience on the phone with Katrina ( yes, a live person answered!). They came out the next morning at the exact time they said( shocking). I was a little disappointed to find out the plumber wasn’t Tony who my friends went on and on about. We had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. They were really fast to come out. They did a great job thinking through the problem, mapping it out and getting into the root problem in the most efficient and affordable way. It definitely was not a straightforward problem, Caleb and Whitney were rock stars!
