If I tell you this was a great experience, it surely was. Everyone was very nice, experienced in what they're there for and took the time of explaining. Dr Porras off the top I knew he knows what he's doing and was very professional. I'm so happy I was sent to him, for him to fix me up, and I'm looking forward to my health being put in his hands, after I have neglected myself for so many years. As soon as he entered the room, I felt at ease as he made me feel. They're so professional, that they were running behind, and gave me a courtesy call, to let me know, and I could come in for my appointment 20 minutes later after my appointment time. Now who does that?🤗

I had server gum disease and from day one I walked in, I felt so comfortable from just being welcome. Nothing rush rush but very organized from communication, scheduling to work being done. They also show care and concern about me and I've over heard them showing the same thing to another patient. This is my Dentist/Periodontist office til it time to go home. They also wil take time to explain what's going on and to be done. I mean like (a,b,c, 1,2,3) that simple. 6 start from me out of 6. Im 63 years of age.

Came here to get a biopsy and remove a granuloma on my gum that I’ve had for years. The process was great & fast. They made me aware of the entire procedure during consultation as well as ensured I understood every step of the way. I was sedated and it was my first time ever having a medical procure done like this so I was very nervous. All went well! The staff are incredibly welcoming and nice. Thank you, Doctor!! Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience at this dentist. I came in. The receptionist didn't even say hello. She just said oh this is so and so just fill this out. The assistant dentist didn't even say her name or anything. She just said follow me and sat me down and started taking pictures. The doctor soon after came in analyzed my mouth and said that I needed implants immediately. He did not want to provide me medicine to take down the inflammation. In the meantime. That's what I was coming for. Now. Straight to implants where the money is. I thought that was so crass and people are scared and they made me feel even more isolated. I do not recommend this practice. They are not hospitable. They're only there for the money.

I’ve had such a great experience at this dental clinic! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond to provide me with useful information about my dental health, recommend products, and answer all of my questions with care and patience. As someone who’s always been more nervous about visiting the dentist than the doctor, coming here has completely changed my perspective. I now feel much more at ease and confident about my dental care. Highly recommend!

I left the consult with more questions than answers. I did not feel as there was a multi solution approach. Surgery was pushed and of course it’s because that’s where the money is for the procedure recommended. I also was not happy with the diagnosis rationale or cause when asked for additional treatment considerations. Also this seemed to be a money grab because when asked if I can only treat one area it was advised that the best way was to treat it all and of course that’s more money without a significant conversation on a diagnosis or alternative treatments. I’m not going back…. Good Bye and Thank you….

They got me in quickly and have been responsive in regards to my treatment plan. Also very nice and helpful.

So grateful they were able to book me in quickly. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and helpful. Together we figured out a solution to not having a ride after surgery. I haven’t had my surgery yet however am certain it will go just a smooth as the office visit. 🥰

I gave this place 5 stars 3 months ago when I had a procedure done. I came in for another procedure a month and a half ago and would give it a higher rating if I could. Definitely recommend this place. The Dr and all of the staff are welcoming, very professional and super nice people to deal with.

This was my first time going to this location, Vanessa was nice and answered all my questions. Also I believe her name is Julie, the lady that talked to me about my treatment plan was nice and gave me a lot of options as well.
