We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom remodel! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was amazing through the whole project! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer our questions or offer suggestions. The transformation is incredible... from the outdated tile and fixtures to a stunning, modern design that feels like a spa. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and the craftsmanship really shows. We were so impressed with the results and the level of service that we had Texas HomePro come back to do our roof, and now we’re planning to have them do our flooring next!

Having our home redone by Texas HomePro was an amazing and satisfying experience. From the beginning, Beau came to our house and provided us a quote that was affordable and was hard for us to say no to. Carlos was assigned as our project manager, with Jaime as the alternate PM. They did the best that they could to accommodate all of our needs, and to ensure that we were happy with the work that was conducted. The whole team was incredible to work with and they conducted all their work with utmost care and professionalism. After the demo, the house was a mess and we thought that it would never return to normal. Carlos and the team told us to trust the process and that everything would be completed as discussed. They were right. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and will recommend THP to all our friends. Be aware that special order construction materials can sometimes take long to arrive and can effect your completion date. This happened on a few occasions but Carlos & Jaime were good at keeping us updated. There are a lot of contractors in Central Texas, but these guys are amongst the best and their final results will prove that. If you want to conduct renovations in your home, please reach out to them and ask for Carlos to serve as your PM. You will not be disappointed.

Nick is the model for professionalism from the time we started the project to seeing it through. He was consistently communicating with me every step of the way. Texas HomePro in Copperas Cove replaced our roof and gutters on our home this Fall and did a fabulous work and it looks terrific. Their staff kept in contact through the whole process and make the process effortless. We could always walk into their shop to pick out colors and styles. We’re super glad that our friend referred Texas home pro to us to perform our home addition where we added on over 500 ft.² for a mother-in-law suite included ADA walk-in shower. I can’t say enough about my experience with the staff. The project management communication was more than expected. The technicians that performed the work were highly skilled. I can see why Texas home pro is in high demand. Therefore it takes a minute for them to be able to get to your job, but it’s definitely well worth waiting for them to perform the work and the pricing was very fair..

My husband and I just had a French drain installed this week at our residence. Jesse and Brooke were very professional. The team were efficient and courteous. I loved the detail they all put into making sure my yard and driveway were put back the way it was when they arrived. They treated my property like it was their own. I had an excellent experience with Nick Forbes as my sales inspector. He always showed up on time and brought his personality and humor, which made the process enjoyable while still being professional. Nick provided the best customer service I’ve experienced so far he didn’t just focus on the roof but went above and beyond by inspecting everything impacted by hail damage, including fencing, window screens, siding, and more. His thoroughness, honesty, and great attitude truly set him apart. Highly recommend Nick if you want someone who really cares about doing the job right!

Awful communication from the office and lack of transparency. The owner cares more about his business, meaning how much he caters to insurance companies and his contractors, than he does about the customer. He made multiple decisions, such as not even offering the recommended tier of shingles in Georgetown (grade 4) to save the insurance company money. He also suggested leaving the solar panels (which give us significant savings) off the roof for an extended period of time because it would be more convenient for the contractor's schedule. Also, there were 3 occasions when I talked to the home office and they told me they would call me back, but failed to do so. Highly not recommended.

We’ve been planning on remodeling our kitchen enlarging the space for sometime and we had time we would reach out to contractors and it wasn’t until we came across Texas home pro and all the great reviews that we seen online and then met the estimator who came out who was very thorough took the time to listen to me of what I really truly want wanted which was refreshing I cared about what I wanted and what experience I was hoping for that got us off to a great start, but the end result is they were Very very glad we had Texas home pro we absolutely love the kitchen that they built for us and now I’m excited about hosting holiday parties coming up thank you Texas home pro and thank your staff. We definitely will recommend you to others.
