Having our home redone by Texas HomePro was an amazing and satisfying experience. From the beginning, Beau came to our house and provided us a quote that was affordable and was hard for us to say no to. Carlos was assigned as our project manager, with Jaime as the alternate PM. They did the best that they could to accommodate all of our needs, and to ensure that we were happy with the work that was conducted. The whole team was incredible to work with and they conducted all their work with utmost care and professionalism. After the demo, the house was a mess and we thought that it would never return to normal. Carlos and the team told us to trust the process and that everything would be completed as discussed. They were right. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and will recommend THP to all our friends. Be aware that special order construction materials can sometimes take long to arrive and can effect your completion date. This happened on a few occasions but Carlos & Jaime were good at keeping us updated. There are a lot of contractors in Central Texas, but these guys are amongst the best and their final results will prove that. If you want to conduct renovations in your home, please reach out to them and ask for Carlos to serve as your PM. You will not be disappointed.

I only used this company to do my roof because they were suggested by my insurance company. If I had known how bad the communication was I would never have used them. I started the process of having my roof repaired in July and it didn't get done until December 11th. I paid the initial $14000 payment in the beginning of August and didn't hear anything in about scheduling the repair for almost 3 weeks when I called to get an update. When I called the very sweet receptionist stated that it was scheduled for November 17. I asked why no one had contacted me and she apologized stating the project manager should have contacted me. I let her know my unease in having paid so much money and hearing nothing, and advising her that the company needed to do better as it was bad business practice to not communicate better with their customers. She was nice and apologized saying she understood my discontent. At this point I didn't ask for the money back and go to another company as I worried it would be even longer until I got my roof replaced. November rolls around and it Texas it's usually rainy at that time, and they have to reschedule for 3 weeks due to the rain. December 9th rolls around and they call me to say the shipment hasn't come in yet and won't be in on time to do the roof on the 10th and they have to reschedule for the 11th. Finally the 11th comes and it's this very nice crew but obviously contracted out. So I waited this long for another company that was contracted by Texas home pro to do my roof. 🤔 I will never use them for anything ever again. I get some of this is mother nature but had I been notified in the beginning when I paid the initial payment then I would have gone with someone else. They only cared about the money through the entire process. I miss the days when people did better for their customers. When companies actually cared about their business relationships with their community. Your reply changes nothing @texas home pro The portal let's see. It stated that the job was started in November when the job was not started because it had been rescheduled. In December it stated that the job was started when it was delayed a day so it did not start. The only communication that was provided was that I needed to pay my deductible which I did. So please don't say I didn't use it when I obviously did. It hasn't been accessed in 27 days because the last communication was in regards to my deductable which was taken care of, and the project was finished on the 11th of December. So good try. Also I would like to say the gentlemen you had complete the job, whether they were contracted out or your people, were very pleasant. As I said before I won't be using your company nor recommending your company to anyone.
