Texas Foundation Brothers did such a good job on my foundation repair in 2020 that when my home was for sale in 2024 the engineer inspecting the home said it was one of the best foundation repairs he had ever seen! Good job Miguel and crew!

I have used Miguel and his team at Texas Foundation Brothers for over 15 years. I have an older home on a pier and beam foundation and the house is on Lewisville Lake. Needless to say, the ground moves out here. The steel piers that Miguel uses are awesome. These guys work hard and I have found Miguel to be honest and fair. He provides a great warranty and makes adjustments as needed. I highly recommend this company for your foundation needs.

Miguel and his brother Antonio worked with me when I was having extensive repairs done to my house. My wife wanted to put in wood floors instead our existing carpet, but our house, built in the early 80's. had moved a lot and the flooring company said we should level house before installing any wood flooring. I had met Miguel and his brother while they had been working on my neighbor's home and was impressed with their work, so I gave Miguel a call. HIs quote and engineering assessment were the best of 2 other companies we contacted, so we went with Miguel's team. Miguel and his crews were great to work with a did an excellent job putting in the 40 steel peers with one line in a tunnel completely under the house. The house is now level and my wife has her wood laminate floors. So yes, I definitely would recommend working with Texas Foundation Brothers for any foundation issues one might have.

We had some pretty severe settlement in our foundation with cracks on the walls inside of our house. Our neighbor recommended a licensed structural engineer that she knows so I hired him to inspect and advise how many steel piers we would need to correct the problem. He came out and assessed our issue and recommended several foundation companies that he has worked with. I called all of them and decided on "Texas Foundation Brothers". They found more settlement issues that had occurred on the west side of our house when they came out and suggested two additional piers. They were very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received from the other companies that I called. I can't begin to express the excellent work that these guys did. We are very pleased needless to say! They were very meticulous, and they took pride in their work to make sure the job was done right. They also cleaned up nicely after everything was done. The licensed engineer that I hired came back after their work was completed and put his sign of approval on it. He is awesome! I highly recommend Texas Foundation Brothers for any type of foundation work. My home in N.Dallas has a slab foundation. Seven years ago, I had some foundation problems and interviewed five different foundation companies. I chose the company that Miguel was with at the time and is now Texas Foundation Brothers. Although my recent foundation issues were different than before, Miguel honored the lifetime warranty when he wanted to add a couple of piers to insure that there was a smooth transition between the previous work and the new work. Miguel asked my questions clearly. I felt respected, acknowledged, and informed about what he was recommending and why. Texas Foundation Brothers have done an amazing job totally replacing my pier and beam foundation. We built our home on lakefront property in 2012. Over time cracks appeared in drywall and it was obvious that the original foundation was not done correctly. It was supported by concrete blocks resting on 16 inch square pads. Texas Foundation Brothers started working on the problems in 2020. The entire foundation has now been replaced and is holding strong since completed. They even called in an engineer that specializes in foundation inspections that provided a pre and post job report! I now have a lifetime and transferrable warranty for my foundation. They will also come and check periodically to ensure structure continues to be supported. The piers they used are state of the art and can be easily adjusted if needed.
