My family and I have used Texas Foundation Brothers on our properties in Plano for the last 15 years. Many of the original 1970s-vintage Fox & Jacob homes built in the Plano area utilized foundation designs that were not properly engineered for the soil in this region, and it is typical for homes to experience settling. Miguel and the Texas Foundation Brothers team have been fantastic in every way: providing reasonable estimates, executing quality work in a timely fashion, and most importantly being committed to the lifetime warranties that they provide. We couldn't be happier with the work they have done for us.

My wife wanted to put in wood floors instead our existing carpet, but our house, built in the early 80's. had moved a lot and the flooring company said we should level house before installing any wood flooring. I had met Miguel and his brother while they had been working on my neighbor's home and was impressed with their work, so I gave Miguel a call. HIs quote and engineering assessment were the best of 2 other companies we contacted, so we went with Miguel's team. Miguel and his crews were great to work with a did an excellent job putting in the 40 steel peers with one line in a tunnel completely under the house. The house is now level and my wife has her wood laminate floors. So yes, I definitely would recommend working with Texas Foundation Brothers for any foundation issues one might have.
