Texan Renew Hearing Center STOLE my money! I am 78 & paid about $7K mostly cash for hearing aids. I canceled my order within contract and directives and despite a signed refund receipt and written promise – I NEVER GOT my money back! This must be criminal. Can you imagine, $7,000 never returned and no product. I would never do business with Texan Renew Hearing Center nor Denise Kopecki the owner who knowingly stole.

RIP OFF, STAY AWAY won’t give us back our $7000.00 dollars. We have a court case, attorney send letter demand to pay. I pulled my hard earned money out of my savings account to help my 78 year old mom senior citizen to be able to hear. She had tried them out for the first two weeks and these people don’t EVER answer the phone. This is anyone’s worst nightmare. After, all the chasing around we finally received a signed piece of paper proving we returned ear pieces on time and what they will pay us. Still have not returned our money. I’m going above and beyond to get my money back, you betcha.

Denise and her staff were wonderfully efficient and friendly. Denise got straight to business, interviewing me, listening carefully, and then efficiently testing my hearing and providing me with feedback. I felt 100 percent better after she upgraded my hearing aids with new batteries and new settings. Wow! Real service with real positive results. Do rare these days.

This was my very first hearing test. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the customer care was amazing. Denise, was outstanding in her personal taking time to answer questions and explaining the test and the results to give me a clear understanding of everything. Spent quality time and was never in a hurry and being rushed, that is impressive. I would highly recommend her!!!

I’ve had excellent success with my hearing aids and I would recommend this company over any other. I feel confident that they have my well-being and concern no matter what. They have been very understanding with my ‘scheduling mishaps’! They also will reach out to you no matter what the circumstances because Renew Hearing has the absolute best ‘follow- up’ that I have ever experienced. ***Buyer Seriously Beware*** STAY away from Texan Renew Hearing Center in San Marcos and Seguin. I found their practice to be deceptive and I would 100% steer clear. We had a horrible experience. Not sure how they have good reviews.

Friendly, helpful, and professional staff and audiologists in the Seguin office. They are ready to perform details such as hearing aid maintenance and small repairs giving instructions anytime I need them. They are thorough and knowledgeable to give me the best hearing experience possible. My visit always ends with a warm and delicious cookie!

Texas Renew is a great place to land if looking for hearing aid assistance. Denise and Taylor are so patient and understanding. All questions are answered and any issues are addressed. They absolutely are kind and generous with their time. Also have a cookie for you upon leaving, which are delicious. Great group of professionals

I have been working with Denise Kopecki and her team for about 6 months. They have always been friendly and professional. This is one appointment I actually look forward to. If you have any kind of hearing issue and you live in central Texas, the team at Texan Renew Hearing Center (either in San Marcos or Seguin) is the team you should visit.

Denise and Taylor are both very professional and knowledgeable. I have been wearing hearing aids for some time and the care I received here was far above any of the other companies I have used. I was not expecting to have hearing aids when I walked out of the office. Not only did I leave with hearing aids, I have never in my life heard as well as I do now. I also like the fact that I can turn the volume off from my TV and still hear the programing. It is also connected to my phone which is fantastic.
