On very short notice, I was able to book a car with TestCar1 for my practical test, as I hadn’t managed to bring my own car from Birmingham to Worcester. Przemek, the instructor who lent me his car, was incredibly responsive and played an essential role in helping me pass on my first attempt. In addition to the one-hour session before the test, I managed to book two extra hours with him, which were extremely helpful for going through the main Worcester routes. With seven hours of driving experience in Birmingham and these three hours of practice with him, I passed my test on the first try. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

This place is legit! booked just a few days before my exam, and the instructor showed up on time with a new car, which was great. Thank you so much! The only drawback I noticed was that it was a bit hard to reach them —it took some time to get a call back from the instructor. They did eventually call, but I’d suggest improving communication so customers can contact them more easily without waiting. Other than that, everything was smooth. Overall, a great experience!

On the website website charges are different and when you call they don't answer just send you a link to pay directly. No communication and charges are outrageous. Also, when I tried to communicate, the person I chatting to send me a long harsh message which was unfair and good a good customer service at all. Would never recommend this place though. Just take advantage of people with skyrocketed prices. I'm responding you here for your message. And I'm attaching a few pictures as well. So on the website it says £125, it doesn't say starting from. You need to update your website with the correct prices. You can't just £125 and then provide a quote of £250+. This sounds illegal and dodgy. Secondly, I'm gonna attach a picture of your rude message here to the public can see that all I did was, I tried to negotiate but your response was not very rude. That's not how you speak to your customer. I work in retail as well. You will get not even a single customer if you speak like that. And don't tell me about how expensive this country is. I'm very well aware of it because I'm from here. I can clearly see what you're trying to say with those double meaning response. I have quotations from other instructors as well. You should've just said, we can't provide you discount instead of being rude and being so aggressive that you happen to cancel my appointment just on your own without even providing me any options. It was only a matter of saying NO but you wanted to make it longer with your irrelevant customer service.

Absolutely amazing. We were desperate to get instructor together with car for my daughter’s driving test. Test Car 1 has answered all my questions I have had and reassured me that my daughter will be absolutely fine and at ease. Easy form to fill in to get quote. You know exactly how much you pay. Mark, the instructor was very professional and guided my daughter through everything what was happening. Even prior the test, they exchange few messages, he asked lots of questions about her driving experience just to get to know her better. My daughter has passed and said the instructor was helpful and calm. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Very bad experience extremely different from advertised. Not recommended. Took £35 as cancellation charges and also Not helped.
