I found Dr Emad Abdullah both very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a panoramic xray and 3D imaging without cost as part of my initial consultation.He answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable with his decision and skills. His fee is reasonable and I plan to have my extraction, implant, and restoration with him

The staff has always been great since my first visit in April. I had bad dental anxiety and they made me feel super comfortable when I needed teeth removed and a crown placed. Sheri was very helpful with explaining payment options and costs as well

This office came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. Very kind and professional staff all around. It was quick and easy to set up a new patient appointment and they were able to get us seen within the following week.

They saved the day and my Thanksgiving!! I’ve had tooth pain from a bad crown for months and was finally at my wits end. When I called the day before Thanksgiving, they got me in within an hour to fix things. Dr. Abdullah and Rico were so helpful and explained every step of the root canal so I was comfortable. Sheri at the front desk helped me understand billing and how I might get the most out of my dental insurance. I was out the door in an hour and a half and I’m so happy I can enjoy my Thanksgiving meal tomorrow. I’ll be back as a regular patient, no doubt.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Abdallah. He is professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the care I received was top-notch. I highly recommend Dr. Abdallah to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.

Amazing staff! Dr. is knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. Mindful of my care and time, but not rushing the process. I've had a great experience, he has fixed prior dentist errors and shows me what he is doing. They have all the new cutting edge technology and I'm impressed. I love Terrell Hills Dental and won't go anywhere else.

I was very unsatisfied with my visit. Instead of informing me that the dentist was as busy with another patient because of complications, I waited 25 mins to be called back, to wait 40 mins more on the chair. He came in poked me with the needle and left for another 30 mins. At that point I couldn’t leave and they wanted to tell me sorry and offer a free whitening which never happened. After that terrible visit that took him 5-7 mins to do, I will not return after being ignored in the room without the dentist guy coming in to inform me why.

Best dentist in town! They made me feel safe and comfortable and I’ve hated dentist since childhood. No judgments or shaming just honest care at a great price.

I’ve refrained for a while on sharing my experience but I figure it’s time to let people know. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Similarly to other negative reviews, they tried to push crowns on me and didn’t give me the amount after insurance. They didn’t tell me anything about the process in getting crowns and just randomly ordered it, told me I would need to pay over $1000 dollars out of pocket or get on a payment plan. When I cancelled the appointment due to their negligence they had me reschedule and said they would check with insurance. Later, gave me 2 more different totals when I came in for the following rescheduled appointments; wanted to charge $50 for the cancelled appointments. At that point I realized it was all about the money when they couldn’t even explain the issue or get billing correct. Lastly I agree with other reviewers the doctor is very shady and about how much money the services he pushes brings in. However the rest of the staff were very friendly, this place just sucks. When I said I wasn’t coming back due to my negative experience they hung up in my face and didn’t even try to keep me as a client or make things right.

My first time coming in just need something done to my chipped tooth that was killing me. Everyone was so nice, it was very clean & welcoming.. the staff were amazing answering all my questions, my procedure didn’t take no time & Dr explained everything very well making me feel VERY comfortable .. I have a long ride to go & I’m beyond happy I chose Terrell Dental
