Price: $-$$ Although new to town, TerraVin has quickly become one of my favorite wineries in Palisade. I love that you can come with a group and bring a picnic (even though they have a build your own charcuterie board), and just sit and relax with a frozen drink or do a tasting in the tasting room. Their wine is delicious- I personally love the Viognier. Last time I visited, the head winemaker, Corey, was there and gave us a personalized tour of their wine making space- what a treat! It’s so easy to walk and bike here from downtown, Spoke & Vine, or any of the Air BnBs in town. It’s on the main road, so I gave it a lower rating for ambiance, however, the outside space is perfect for dogs and kids and they have a stage for live music.

What an excellent tasting experience!! There is a lovely patio (with music at the time), but I decided to sit in the tasting room. I got such a hands-on wine tasting with all of the super friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the winemaker himself. I will definitely be back..and see what extra goodies get stashed in my purchase bags. Robbie, how did you know he’d have other duck friends in the car?? 🤣🤣
