Last known special story. The customer phoned and said the door doesn't want to open full way and they installed everything right but couldn't find a problem. Just another reminder that professionals can do better. The technician arrived to the place and found the spring was installed the wrong side. Means that in certain point the spring was stopping to help open the door and started to resist. As anything that doesn't want to damage itself the spring started resisting. We reversed the spring system and the problem has gone.
