Just stay out of melting/freezing weather in Edmonton. Keep out of paddles on front line of your garage doors when it's nice weather and you think the frost never come back. Next day you may stuck in a garage as the door will totally unmovable. Our advice: spray an oil on the bottom seal of your garage door. The water and oil will give a less of chances of sticking the garage door to the ground.
