We have used Tennessee Home Craft and Plumbing for over ten years now. Jesse, Ryan and Jacob have parts on hand to quickly fix most calls needed, if not they source it quickly. We are very pleased to recommend Jesse and Ryan with TN Home Craft and Plumbing. They replaced our (hybrid) water heater after a lightening surge "fried" it. Initially I was unsure as to whom I should call - an electrician or a plumber - since the water heater didn't appear to be getting power. I called Jesse since he had installed the hybrid unit 11 years ago and figured he would be the most knowledgeable. In sum, Jesse and Ryan worked efficiently to diagnose the issue and install a new hot water heater. They were professional, informative and most helpful. We are happy we chose TN Home Craft!

Jesse and the crew at Tennessee Home Craft are aces! Calls are promptly returned, service is scheduled very quickly and performed with the utmost care and skill. I had a kitchen faucet go bad on me and rather than struggle installing a rusted out faucet behind one of those gigantic farmhouse sinks, I let these guys do it instead. Not only did they do it better than I ever could have, they also replaced the hot water shut-off valve, which had been corroded to the point that it wouldn't actually shut off anymore, at no cost. I would highly recommend these guys. They will definitely be my next plumbing call.
