When the temps drop to 5 degrees with windchill, and your furnace goes out, you're at the mercy of Google to find a local company with good service. First try I had to message with a virtual (AI) assitant from a well advertised company, only to get an appointment two days later. I then came across Temperture Experts and immediately got an actual human to answer my call; Will, the owner. I don't write reviews often, but Will's efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge went above and beyond my expectations. He knew exactly how to handle my old boiler and radiators. I highly recommend Temperture Experts!

We needed to replace our hot water heater and so happy we found Temperature Experts. Will called back after-hours and was able to book us very fast and for a lot less money (more than 1k savings!!) than the "big" companies were quoting -- for the same exact model. Communication was top notch, they arrived early, finished quick with no mess left behind. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for some hvac work in the near future. Appreciate the honesty and not trying to upsell us on unnecessary things.

Wonderful experience working once again with Will and the team at Temperature Experts. Just over two years ago we had a tankless hot water heater installed by them, and they were great to work with, and stand by their work. So, we didn’t hesitate to have them install central air conditioning for us this time. Debbie in the office has always done a great job scheduling service or answering any questions. Three fine gentleman worked on our project, Eric, John and Beetle (Bob). All were knowledgeable, efficient, neat and clean during the entire process. I had an appointment with Temperature Experts on 8-12-25. Will, came out at 10am to do an audit and inspection of my heating, air-conditioning and gas fireplace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through all my systems, made several recommendations and was on his way after about an hour. He told me the office would call and get my information for National Fuel as they would be reimbursing me for the inspection he had performed. When the office called I talked to a wonderful woman named Patti. She got all of the relevant information and she filled out the paperwork for the gas company rebate. These people were very professional, prompt and fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Very happy with the furnace installation and would recommend Temperature Experts to anyone needing HVAC services. The team of installers were very professional and great with communication. Also appreciated the quick response to my initial call and emails from the office administrator. Excellent customer service and overall experience.

Will and his team are amazing. Highly responsive. They are quick to schedule and complete the work if, it's necessary. They are true professionals. I had an old central AC unit and an even older furnace go kaput within weeks of each other. Temp Experts to the rescue. Very straightforward and fair pricing. I am already scheduling to have my 20+ year old hot water tank replaced with this crew though, it is still functioning. This is due to my confidence in their service and integrity. Will and his team were exceptional professionals! We needed air conditioning installed throughout the house and they provided an excellent price, completed the job in a timely fashion, and were incredibly professional. Every single member of the team were respectful of our house, easy to talk to, listened to our needs and wants, and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are so thankful to have our AC system installed by Temperature Experts and highly recommend their team. We even recently had an issue with our furnace and they came the same day to help restore our heat. We spent many weeks searching for the right company for this big AC job, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Will and the entire team! Follow-up one year after installation: After having the system for about a year now, we are still incredible happy! The yearly service they include every spring is amazing too. We have had no issues at all and couldn't be more pleased with the full house installation. Thank you Temperature Experts for helping to bring so much comfort into our home.

Will is the man, He, Wally and Jonathan installed a completely new heating and cooling system for me with new ductwork and zoning. No shortcuts from this crew. They are honest and true craftsmen who do exactly what they say their going to do. Thank you fellas.
