Great people and I would book with them again! I felt jubilant to be picked up by them and brought to the designated location in a timely manner. Would heavily recommend to anyone traveling to Philadelphia!

Excellent service! I used them to go from Mt. Laurel to PHL and return. Both times the car was spacious and modern. And I got a very good rate-a "first time" discount as it was the first time I used them. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. I would definitely use them again!

Wow! I called to just simply get an estimate for our team of six to travel from Philadelphia airport to Ft Dix, and was greeted with the pure rudeness, shouting, and ignorance. Then, I asked for the name of ”the kind person” on the other side, and was met with refusal. Then, I asked to speak with someone from the management team, and again: rudeness and shouts, “What else you want!”, the man kept shouting, “I am the manager here!” I’m just speechless. Let’s just say, we will not be using this service in future, and I will be contacting the training director to make sure to take this shuttle service out of the recommended means of transportation to Ft. Dix.

I booked teltrans for my son's prom after reading all positive and great reviews. Well they did not disappoint me. Every aspect of doing business with them was very pleasant and positive. Mike took very good care of us, my son and his date to ensure that they enjoyed their limo experience. I totally trusted him and the company and felt totally comfortable placing my son and his date in their hands and they delivered an awesome experience for such a special occasion. I would give this company more stars if possible! From Day 1, the dispatch lady on the phone was so delightful and pleasant speaking with. We briefly spoke about Germany and her previous experience here and she made sure that I had no transportation issues upon my arrival from overseas. Upon arrival to Philadelphia airport, I was unsure about the meeting location, so I called the on-call number and left a message and Big Mike immediately called me back and guided me. Mike is a veteran who was VERY knowledgeable about the area and the base that he was transporting me to. He went above and beyond providing me with so much valuable info! I was very happy to see that he was the one transporting me back to the airport once I completed my training there. This company is truly TOP-NOTCH A+! Thank you! -Daniel

This is a great car service! The drivers are always very nice and professional AND they always arrive early so you’re never waiting. For my birthday my friends and I took a limo to Atlantic City and everything was perfect! The limo was nice and clean, we even had the driver take our picture! I’ve also had them take me to NYC and back for a work convention and they got me there in good timing. I will always choose to call this company when I need a ride. 100% recommend

I have used TelTrans for 2years to get to the airport for my yearly trip to Seattle Washington. The drivers were at my house on time and even early, and they loaded my bags and made me feel so comfortable. The cars are clean and drivers are polite. I will continue to use them every year I return home for my visit to Seattle. They are awesome! I highly recommend them!!!

I used Tel Trans twice. The first ride was pretty good and the driver was fairly timely. The second time I used them they were 40mins late to the pick up time we had agreed upon. In addition to being late we had to stop for gas on the way to the airport, which made me very late getting to the airport.

Our group, ORDER OF EASTERN STARS, had an AWESOME experience with your company. TelTrans driver was on time, our driver Mike was so professional with assistance with our luggage, announcements, picking our group on our departure on time and letting us have an opening prayer for safety on the mike, making a stop going and coming for refreshments. Called them at the last minute for my daughters 2018 prom, because I didn’t want to chauffeur her to her prom. So I called them and they had a nice Lincoln truck that was spotless and 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and so reasonable I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely be using them again for myself, Thank you!!!
