A+ service. I called Telstar on Friday afternoon for a wire relocation and Kim in the office made sure a technician came same day. Such great customer service. The technicians (Jack and James) came and provided services with no problems - they even cleaned up after themselves! Would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors. We are very happy with the service telstar provided us with. The technicians were very helpful in explaining how to navigate our new sonos system as well as our new smart tv's. They were very patient and kind as they understood my family isn't the most tech savvy. Overall, very impressed with telstar and would recommend their services!

Telstar installed my AV system with Sonos, wall mounted TVs, internet lines etc in 2016. Whenever there is a power outage or power backup test, it trips the same inaccessible electrical outlet circuit breaker and my system breaks down partially afterwards. It's happened three times within the past year. The system is not rebootable without a $300 service call and they have yet to resolve the recurring problem.
