Doing landscaping and accidentally punctured one of the PVC pipes to the pool. Adrian and Jescs came out and got right to work. Very professional and great work, at a reasonable price. The freeze we endured finally put my water heater into a grave. I called Tejas Plumbing and they came out even at 7pm on a Monday night. I just love Tejas Plumbing! They've been to my house several times for different things since 2022. I feel they are fair, honest and very friendly. It's nice to have the same person, Oscar has been to my house several of those times. He told me how much it would be, explained everything and did the work quickly. In addition, making the appointment was super easy and Aerin was so friendly and worked with me to get Oscar here when I needed.

quoted $4700 to replace a pressure valve!!! what a joke!!! all these 5 stars are either fake or they are getting ripped of! how does it make sense to charge $4700 to replace a pressure valve and that is labor only, they said part is not included. the 2 young guys literrally have no idea what they are doing took over 45 minutes to give me a estimate and was on the phone call majority of the time. guess what guys? i got the pressure valve replaced for $375 labor WITH part! it took the plumber less than 30 minutes to replace. Def this company needs to be looked at of all the fraud scamming they do to the people espically the elderly i feel bad for them and def will let others know about this company update: Dustin your reply is the one that is a lie because you called my phone that you have on file 8 times and left a blank voicemail 2 times!! please dont try to turn this around on me. You know exactly and giving a ridicules price seriously?

Very Disappointed, Today 3/3/26 this morning on hwy 30 close to Rockwall One of your company vans Texas plate SCY0496 was tailgating me and flashing their lights aggressively. It felt unsafe. If this is how your employees behave on the road, it raises concerns about your professionalism overall. Please train your drivers to operate safely. If you would like the rear dash cam footage of the incident, I’m happy to provide it

Wyatt and associate we’re polite and straightforward about repair/replacement options for an outside faucet. I chose to go with the replacement as my faucet was less than a year old. Unfortunately once he took it apart, the whole thing was bad. I chose not to do a replacement due to cost alone. He was extremely understanding and put the whole thing back together. He explained that if my husband was handy, it was fairly straightforward to fix.
